From the moment you arrive, you'll notice the tranquil luxury and lush, well-maintained jungle-like surroundings. The property benefits from daily landscaping, on-site security, and cleaning staff who keep all common areas immaculate.

Located in the quiet Playacar subdivision, Mara is just a 5-10 minute walk from historic 5th Avenue, where you can explore world-class restaurants, vibrant bars, and nightlife comparable to Las Vegas. The Caribbean beach is also within a 5-10 minute stroll, accessible through local Mayan ruins.

Inside the condo, the generous space immediately impresses. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped to prepare elaborate meals. The open-concept main living area is bright and spacious, with smooth transitions between spaces. Adjacent to the kitchen is a solid wood dining table seating 12, perfect for gathering after a day in the sun.

The living room offers comfortable seating, a large flat-screen TV with cable, and a wide selection of international channels. From here, you can step onto the first of two private terraces, furnished with another wood table for 12, a high-quality barbecue (currently under maintenance), and lounge chairs to enjoy the Caribbean breeze.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

The master suite is designed to impress with a king-sized bed framed by a custom headboard and a premium mattress. It includes a flat-screen TV, access to the private terrace, and a cozy seating area ideal for reading or morning coffee. The master bathroom features double sinks, a walk-in shower, and a spacious walk-in closet.

There are three additional bedrooms, each elegantly furnished. The second master suite has a queen bed, a large bathroom with a walk-in shower, a walk-in closet, and access to the second private terrace overlooking a nearby bird sanctuary. This peaceful setting offers the soothing sounds of tropical birds throughout the day.

The remaining two bedrooms each contain two double beds with stylish headboards and décor. Both rooms have private ensuite bathrooms and ample closet space, making them perfect for families or guests needing extra room.

Additional Living Space

This unit also includes a second living room with plenty of seating and another large flat-screen TV. This area provides a separate space for children or guests to relax away from the main living room.

Rooftop

The shared rooftop is likely where you will spend much of your vacation time. It offers stunning views of the turquoise Caribbean waters just a few hundred meters away. The large infinity pool and multiple seating areas create an ideal setting for relaxing afternoons in the sun.

Please note this is a residential area, so guests are asked to respect noise levels and avoid loud parties. The balcony fences are made of glass, so children should always be supervised in these areas.

Guest Access

• The barbecue grill is temporarily out of service for maintenance. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience.

Important Notes

• This is a residential building with strict noise regulations. Moderate noise (such as music, TV, and conversation under 60 decibels) is allowed from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Between 10 p.m. and 9 a.m., noise should be kept to a quiet talking level.
• The listed price covers up to six guests. For guests seven through ten, there is an additional charge of $40 USD per person, which will be automatically applied when selecting the total number of guests.
• Please avoid leaving doors and windows open while the air conditioning is running to ensure efficient cooling and comfort.
• Upon arrival, toilet paper, paper towels, and dish soap are provided. Guests are responsible for replenishing these supplies as needed.
• Each guest is provided with one bath towel, one beach towel, and one kitchen cloth.
• Ensure the reservation reflects the correct number of guests to avoid last-minute additional charges.
• The cleaning fee covers cleaning and disinfection before and after your stay. Additional cleaning or linen changes during your stay incur extra fees.
• Please adhere to all complex rules during your visit.
