Showed up and did not get the code for almost an hour tried to contact two host and nobody got back to me for almost an hour..Didn’t have any contact with Matthew our entire stay.Except getting the code an hour after we arrived.

As promised, this unit offers spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean!The place is quiet, as the construction is solidly made of concrete. The pool is beautifully designed with secluded sections and relaxing waterfalls. We walked everywhere: grocery shop, restaurant, coffee shops, and felt safe. We had food delivered on some occasions , and just had to send a quick note to the guard to allow the delivery person to come up.

We were first time vacations in Costa Rica and this location was amazing! The view was spectacular with the corner unit. Some improvements could be made as the water was not hot. The pool was amazing and had great access to the ocean and had great access to the ocean one really great highlight as it was only an hour and a half to the San Jose airport. I would highly recommend booking this for your next trip.

We had a great experience with Matt, Helen, and Laura. They were responsive and proactive. The apartment was excellent. In great condition, and everything worked as described. We had a great time in Jaco thanks to our good experience with this property. We'll definitely come back.

The condo was centrally located, absolutely spotless, secure, and bug-free. The views of the entire beach were amazing. Buhio coffee is the best for breakfast and Inferno for dinner was delicious!

The place is just as described. It has a million dollar view from the inside of the apartment that makes having your coffee in the morning a dream come true. The unit is spacious, accessible for people with limited mobility and close to anything you need in Jacó. Pool is amazing, there is only a minor thing with the AC (it works it just drips) but overall super happy with our stay. One of the best Airbnb we have been on.
