The Space

This premium beachfront condo is located in Blue Flag Beach Bejuco, Costa Rica, offering a stylish and comfortable coastal retreat. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom residence captures the essence of seaside living with modern amenities and beautiful ocean views.

Upon entering, you will find a bright, open-concept living area decorated with coastal furnishings and tasteful accents. Large windows showcase stunning views of the Pacific Ocean and golden sands, allowing the calming ocean breeze and sounds to fill the space.

The kitchen features modern appliances, ample countertop space, and a complete set of cooking utensils. Stylish Crate and Barrel dishware adds an elegant touch to your dining experience. Cooking here means enjoying both the view and the peaceful coastal atmosphere.

The master bedroom offers a plush queen-sized bed and generous closet space, creating a comfortable and sophisticated environment. Sunlight gently fills the room each morning, providing a serene start to your day. The second bedroom includes a twin-sized bunk bed and thoughtfully chosen decor to ensure a restful night for all guests.

Both bedrooms are equipped with SMART air conditioning units and SMART TVs with Netflix and YouTube access. The two bathrooms are elegantly designed with walk-in showers and sleek finishes, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a day of exploring or beach activities.

Step out onto the private balcony to take in panoramic ocean views. Enjoy your morning coffee while watching waves crash and macaws fly by, or spot the family of sloths in the trees above. In the evening, unwind with a glass of wine as the sky transforms with shades of pink, purple, and orange.

Location

This condo is perfectly situated between Jaco and Manuel Antonio, approximately two hours from San José International Airport (SJO). It offers direct access to the beach, just steps from your door, making it easy to enjoy leisurely walks along the shore and soak up the sun.

A famous beachfront restaurant, Don Toro, is a short five-minute walk along the beach. Directly across the street from the community is a plaza featuring a fully stocked grocery store, The Good Market, which also has an ATM. The plaza includes various restaurants and shops for your convenience.

Local Uber and taxi services are readily available. Traveling toward the town of Parrita, you will find Pescadería La Bendición, where fresh seafood can be purchased. Parrita itself offers additional grocery stores, restaurants, banks, gas stations, and shopping options.

Amenities

The gated community provides a secure and enjoyable environment with 24/7 security and lifeguards on weekends. Amenities include:

• Multiple swimming pools, including five large pools accessible to the entire community
• A lap pool available for exercise from 6:30 am to 8:30 am, then open to all until 8:30 pm
• A private pool and cabana area reserved for residents of condo buildings 3 and 4 (our unit is in condo 4)
• Two tennis courts
• Two basketball courts
• A soccer field
• Several playgrounds for children

Additional items provided for guest use include:

• Ping-pong paddles
• Basketball and soccer balls
• Three large beach chairs
• A cooler
• Four beach towels and four bath towels

Guest Access

Guests have direct beach access with 24/7 security. Entry and exit from the community, whether by street or beach, require wearing the provided black bracelets. These bracelets are also necessary to access the pool areas.

Please note that alcoholic beverages are not permitted in the pool areas.
