The Space
Casa Plumeria is a beautifully decorated villa named after the fragrant plumeria, or "frangipani," flower, famous for its use in perfumes. This stylish, fully renovated home features three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms.
On the upper floor, there is one king bedroom and one bedroom with two double beds, each with its own private rain shower bathroom. This level also includes a bunk bed and two desk/reading areas, perfect for guests who need to work remotely.
The ground floor houses another king-size bedroom with a rain shower bathroom, along with the kitchen, breakfast nook, living room, dining room, half bathroom, and laundry room. From here, you can access the pool and outdoor shower, as well as the “rancho,” a covered outdoor dining area with a gas BBQ grill, dining space, and additional relaxed seating.

Casa Plumeria is located just a 5 to 7-minute drive from Tamarindo, within a luxury gated community that offers 24-hour security.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property was stunning and well maintained. We felt very welcomed by the staff managing the property, as well as Rosa, Christian, and Leidy. We felt safe and comfortable.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cette Villa. Les hôtes Erik et Dom étaient exceptionnels. Ils répondaient toujours rapidement et ont même essayé de me répondre en français. La propriété est magnifique et bien entretenue. Chaque famille avait sa propre chambre avec sa propre salle de bain privée ce qui était parfait pour l’intimité. En plus, la Villa venait avec plusieurs avantages qui ne sont pas essentiels, mais offrent beaucoup de valeur ajoutée. Nous avions droit a 4h par jour de services qui incluaient le ménage et la préparation de repas. En plus d’être une des personnes les plus gentilles que nous ayons rencontré dans tout le voyage, Rosa nous a préparé de magnifiques déjeuners. La Villa vous offre aussi l’accès au Langosta Beach Club situé sur la plage de Tamarindo. Cela est parfait si vous souhaitez avoir accès à un bar, un restaurant ou une piscine avec vue sur l’océan. Je retournerais sans hésiter dans cette Villa!

Dominique and Erik were amazing hosts! They were extremely responsive to all of our needs. The property was absolutely beautiful, just like the photos. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed (and more). There was a gorgeous bowl of fruit waiting for us, plenty of water and coffee, more beach towels than we needed, and a cooler. Rosa cooked us an amazing breakfast one morning; Christian and Yadir cleaned up the yard and pool every morning. The beach club was such a treat...we used it every day. I would highly recommend this property, and hope to return again some day!

I can’t say enough good things about Casa Plumeria. We came to celebrate my birthday and it ended up being the best trip I’ve been on, with a highlight being Rosa’s incredible meals. All hosts and staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the home was more beautiful in person. Being just around 15 minutes from town, it was easy to get to the beach every day, and we loved visiting Langosta Beach Club. Overall, the atmosphere was just what we needed to relax and spend time with family and friends. We hope to return someday. Huge thank you to Erik, Dominique, Rosa, and Cristian.

Dominique and Erik were extremely responsive both before and during our stay, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The location was very convenient to Tamarindo, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. Rosa was truly a highlight of our stay—she was incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming, and made us feel right at home. We would absolutely recommend this place and would love to stay again!

Beautiful home in great condition. The home was spotless. Everything worked and host was very responsive whenever we needed something. It’s a new home for us in Tamarindo for future stays.
