Nice place to stay, just not a very walkable area.  Not much around.

We were housed in another apartment because the one we had booked had a problem but it was very good The host brought us everything we needed It was a very good place, the bedding is great, there is something if you want to cook slightly. The pool was great too, the kids took advantage of it. The host is super responsive to the slightest question He also recommended places nearby

Nous avons été logé dans un autre appartement car celui que nous avions réservé avait un souci mais c’était très bien L’hôte nous a apporté tout ce dont nous avions besoin C’était un très bon endroit, la literie est super, il y a de quoi si vous voulez cuisiner légèrement. La piscine très bien aussi les enfants en ont profité. L’hôte est super réactif à la moindre de nos question Il nous a également recommandé des lieux à proximité

We loved staying at this house! It’s in a great central location, near plenty of shops and restaurants, and the home was very comfortable as well. The pool and outdoor courtyard area is well maintained and beautiful, we enjoyed spending time relaxing out there. We did have a few minor issues with the stove, microwave and hot water not working, but the hosts were quick to respond to our request and get it fixed. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit.

Excellent hosts. The place where it is located has an excellent view, microclimate and safe; very clean, comfortable apartment, value for money match; we would rent again without a thought. 100% recommended.

We had a very nice stay in the apartment. The view was very beautiful, nice swimming pool. The hosts are very responsive.

We stayed in Managua for a couple of days before the flight back home.  The apartment complex is beautiful, gated, secure, and in a quiet neighborhood.  nice views from the balcony.  Loved the pool. A great place to relax and cool off.  We ordered pizza in one night and most places on Pedidos Ya deliver to this location.  Highly recommend and would return.

We were extremely surprised that the price for rent of this apartment including only few KWh of electricity. Just 10 KWh per day. After 5 days of stay the host push us to pay extra fee for electricity and host charged us $ 116 per five days ONLY for extra electricity. For us it’s looks like scam and fraud coz we know from our friends who live in Nicaragua that it is a bill for whole month for compatibility flat and only if you are extremely electricity user. Any way we’re decided to pay this fraud to avoid problems there in Nicaragua. We payed this via PayPal for PayPal address provided by host. Right now host keep pushing us to pay once again coz he said that he never received this money coz he did small one character error in his PayPal address! 🤪 Just Guys be careful with this electricity fraud😱
