Situated in a quiet and secure community, this multi-level residence includes three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. Every room boasts stunning ocean views. The private infinity pool overlooks the ocean, complemented by comfortable lounge chairs and a Tiki Bar area for casual gatherings. The outdoor seating area invites you to relax, share stories, and enjoy each other's company.

At night, stargaze under the clear skies and the Milky Way, watching for shooting stars. For a change of setting, gather around the firepit, allowing each evening to offer a new experience.

During the day, take advantage of private kayaks and a paddleboard to explore the calm, sheltered waters of First Bight Bay. Snorkeling and diving enthusiasts will appreciate the short swim from the community dock to one of the island’s best reefs.

Inside, the kitchen is outfitted with premium appliances including a gas range, modern drawer microwave, dual-zone wine cooler, and a coffee/bar area. The refrigerator features a reverse osmosis filtration system, providing fresh-tasting water and ice. Step outside to the barbecue area, furnished with a cozy outdoor sofa and loveseat, perfect for enjoying views while grilling meals on the custom-built grill.

Meals can be enjoyed around a large dining table with ample seating. In the evenings, relax near the private custom firepit or unwind at the kitchen island, which features an under-lit onyx countertop reminiscent of a high-end hotel bar. Entertainment options include three high-quality TVs with numerous HD channels and Netflix.

The three bedrooms—Master Suite, Pool Suite, and Zen Suite—are all self-contained, offering privacy with their own balconies, bathrooms, and air conditioning units.

• The Master Suite provides a 180-degree ocean view with sliding glass doors that welcome cool ocean breezes. Its bathroom includes a standing soaker tub, a dramatic walk-in shower, and a spacious closet. A private coffee area and mini-fridge add convenience. Motorized blinds can be raised with a button to enjoy the sunrise without leaving bed.

• The Pool Suite opens directly to the pool area and offers expansive views of the trees and ocean through large picture windows. It includes a professional workstation equipped with a monitor, printer/scanner, keyboard, and mouse. The desk height is adjustable for sitting or standing preferences.

• The Zen Suite, located on the top level, is the most peaceful retreat in the house. Its private balcony is arguably the best spot for watching sunrises and sunsets, taking in ocean views, or moon gazing.

Guest Access

Guests have easy access to the community dock, just a short walk away, where swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, snorkeling, and diving are all available. The reef is only 300 meters from the dock.

Location

The villa is conveniently situated near excellent restaurants, shopping centers, supermarkets, and other amenities. Centrally located in Roatan, it provides easy access to explore the entire island.
