The Space
This oceanfront condo offers a bright and airy atmosphere with floor-to-ceiling windows that provide stunning views of the ocean. The living area features comfortable sofas and a flatscreen TV for your entertainment. Step out onto the spacious patio to enjoy the ocean breeze and the soothing sounds of the waves.
The well-equipped kitchen includes ample counter space and stainless steel appliances, such as a dishwasher. Additionally, there is a second kitchenette with an electric stovetop and a full-size refrigerator. The condo has three bedrooms and three full bathrooms, ensuring plenty of privacy for all guests.
Other conveniences include a private washer and dryer, cable TV, free WiFi, and a backup generator that maintains power during outages, allowing you to relax without worry.
Guest Access
Condo #8 is exclusively yours during your stay. You have direct access to the beach just steps from the property. While beach chairs are reserved for Coral Sands guests, the beach itself is public and open to everyone.
For added amenities, you can purchase a day pass at the neighboring Paradise Beach Resort. This pass includes credit for food and drinks at their beachfront restaurant, Cayuco, as well as access to the pool and beach chairs.

Additional Information
- Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early or late arrivals/departures may incur an additional fee of $100 or more. Please confirm your check-in and check-out times one day prior to arrival or departure.
- Reservations can be made up to one year in advance.
- Electricity and water are costly on the island. Please conserve by turning off air conditioning when leaving the property or when doors and windows are open. An electricity allowance of $5 per air conditioning unit per night is included. Additional charges may apply if air conditioning is used excessively.
- Additional cleaning services are available upon request; please inquire about pricing with your reservation assistant.
- This property does not allow pets or service animals, regardless of regulations in your home country. Non-compliance will result in extra charges. Contact us for pet-friendly alternatives.
Flights and Passport Information
- Ensure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your planned stay to enter Honduras.
- Direct flights to Roatan (RTB) are available from the U.S. via American Airlines (Miami and Dallas), United Airlines (Houston and Denver), and Delta Airlines (Atlanta).

We love this place. We've stayed here twice, both times being with two families in our group. It's perfectly laid out so that one family can have their own space while still being together. And the view of the best beach in Honduras is amazing, with the water literally 30 feet off the porch.

This Airbnb exceeded our expectations in every way. Ideally situated in the heart of West Bay, merely 10 steps from a pristine beach, and surrounded by numerous restaurants, bars, jetski rentals, snorkeling, fishing excursions, parasailing, water taxis, and many more excursions. Furthermore, the accommodation itself was impeccably clean. The host demonstrated exceptional attentiveness throughout our stay. We will undoubtedly return on our next visit to Roatan.

This place is amazing, I had my doubts but looks a lot nicer in person. The view is incredible, you are steps from the beach and all many restaurants. Many activities to do, there was security guard outside the whole time supervising and passing by. We felt safe and the host is very friendly. We had no issues, very equipped, washer and dryer come in handy. Just a magical peaceful place.

We recently stayed at this beautiful property and were very impressed. The location was perfect with easy access to local attractions. The home was well maintained and clean. All our needs were met. Very impressed the security guard Jerry, he was very friendly and helpfull.
