The space This unique space is only five minutes walking distance to the Cocles Beach and pristine Bluff Beach and perfectly nestled in the jungle. You can enjoy the sweet sounds of nature and observe the beauty of Costa Rica´s abundant wildlife such as sloths, parrots, tucans, agutis, iguanas, howler monkeys and much more! Guest access Very Important: Please note that we only rent the upper floor of the house. Only the ground floor is used to accommodate our house manager when there are no reservations, so the house is completely private. The villa does not have air conditioning however due to its open concept design with sufficient doors and windows, there is a nice movement of air flow on the upper level to keep you feeling comfortable. The large jungle trees provide the perfect shade around the villa to keep you cool. There is no lift to the upper floor, so we have lo let you know that our property might not suit the people with mobility impairments. Other things to note FRESH NEWS: More space for more travelers. In our large garden there is a new property so we offer you the possibility to accommodate two additional people. This "casita" is the little sister of Cocles Beach Villa and is close enough to the main house to accommodate two family groups and far enough away to have total privacy (approx. 30 mts away). It is a wooden BEACH HOUSE and is fully equipped: 2 single beds (Which can be converted into a double bed) , bathroom, kitchen, hot water, safe, hammocks, ceiling fans, WIFI 100 mb. ETC It was built elevated over the garden, offering a very nice view of the surrounding forest. You will enjoy watching birds and many other animals that visit us daily. Wow. What an incredible place. Nestled in the jungle with open plan living this is the perfect place to experience Costa Rica. The sounds are amazing. Our host was so helpful - this is an absolute gem. You would be lucky to stay here.

This is a gorgeous place. This air bnb is a work of art. High craftsmanship , beautiful design . That is also very comfortable and practical. The house allowed us to be with the jungle and to be comfortable surrounded by beauty. A great position in the jungle minutes from the sea, minutes from Porto Viejo and yet totally secluded and quiet. Communication was perfect. Thankyou Graziella and Guille for this gorgeous place.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr groß und schön eingerichtet. Auf der riesigen Terrasse kann man Verweilen, essen und kochen. Man ist umgeben von Regenwald (abgesehen vom Nachbarferienhaus in Sichtweite) und kann dadurch viele Tiere wie vor allem Agutis, Geckos und Frösche beobachten. Auch das Schlafzimmer mit einem großen und zwei kleinen Betten und das Bad sind sehr groß. Man ist trotz der relativen Alleinlage schnell auf der Hauptstraße und dem angrenzenden Strand und nach einer 3 minütigen Autofahrt auch im etwas größeren Puerto Viejo, wo es noch etwas mehr Restaurants und Bars gibt. 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt direkt an der Hauptstraße gibt es aber auch ein Restaurant/Bar und ein Café.

We really enjoyed our time at Cocles Beach Villa! Tons of great wildlife that you could see right from the villa like toucans, howlers, sloths and more. The 2 resident kitties are also a pleasure, great lil pals that guided us throughout the property. Very clean, great service from hosts, we will definitely book here again!

Wat een fantastisch huis. Een prachtige open ruimte waar je zicht heb op de prachtige tuin waar toekans, kolibries en heel veel andere soorten vogels en vlinders rondvliegen. Ook de aguiti’s die dagelijks rondscharrelen is leuk om te zien. Ondanks dat het een open ruimte is, was de ruimte brandschoon. Ook de afgesloten slaap-, en badkamer waren brandschoon. De eigenaar appte met superveel leuke tips over de omgeving. Het strand van Cocles is 5 minuten lopen over een onverharde weg. Cocles zelf heeft een leuke sfeer en er zijn genoeg fijne terrasjes en restaurants. Om te shoppen ga je naar Puerto Viejo op 4km.

The setting of Graziella's place in the lush garden is absolutely amazing. We loved the open air living area, watching the birds and listening to nature. It would have been perfect had there not been issues with the water supply, which we had to manage and affected the enjoyment of your last day and morning there.

Beautiful wooden house at even more beautiful location. Many flowers and lovely trees in the garden. You can walk to the beach and restaurants whilst the house is an quiet spot. We saw many animals like toucans, gouthi’s and ara’s.

One of my favorite Airbnbs ever! The space feels private and tucked into the jungle, but is still an easy 5 minute walk to the beach. The wooden design gives it so much character, and the elevated outdoor living area, with a kitchen and plenty of seating, was perfect for relaxing & listening to the sounds of the jungle Punta Uva is a gem as well! It’s a beautiful beach that still feels a bit wild, with plenty of great spots to eat and things to do nearby 🌺🌊🪸

Diese Unterkunft war die erste auf unserer Costa-Rica Rundreise und hätte als Start für unseren Urlaub nicht besser sein können. Wir haben viele Stunden auf der Terrasse verbracht und die Natur um uns herum beobachtet. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und der Kontakt herzlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können die Villa wirklich uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
