Peter's location was excellent. Highly recommend Santa Teresa as a stop on your Costa Rica trip. The room itself had AC and was as described but it could have been cleaner.

The restaurant / beach access is one of the most beautiful in Santa Teresa, the vibe is great for sunset and chill. My room needs some improvement.

The location of Peter's place is great. Right on the beach in-between Playa Carmen and Playa Santa Teresa. It is walkable to lots of restaurants, bars and grocery stores. It was also convenient to have the restaurant/bar right on the property. The listing itself was comfortable for our stay.
