Location Notes

Casa Opale is located in Costa Rica. Please consider the following important details:

• This is a private home, not a hotel. Guests are asked to treat the space with respect. While there is no staff on-site 24/7, at least one doorman is always present in the lobby. Any issues will be addressed as quickly as possible.
• Renting a 4x4 vehicle (or a 4x2 SUV during the dry season) or an ATV is essential for reaching Casa Opale. Half of the road to the complex is paved; the remainder is unpaved.
• The property is situated in the jungle, so encountering insects on the terrace or inside the house (if windows are open) is possible. Guests are encouraged to turn off lights when the house is unoccupied to minimize insect presence. No dangerous animals or insects can enter the property.
