Beachfront, Direct Ocean View, 5 Star

One our best vacations considering this property is in an exceptional resort. One of the most clean, hospitality focused with great attentive to guest comfort. Our host was amazing. Everything exactly as described. I noticed this property was a bit more updated and charming than others at the property. Each unit is unique and this is probably one of the nicest ones. Brand new washer and dryer, all necessities including beach toys and gears were all in the room. I strongly recommend this unit if you’re traveling with a a small group. Especially like me, I was there with my wife and 3 kids. The 2 bedrooms were perfect.

Our family had a wonderful time at Laura & Nicks beautiful condo. There were 4 adults and 2 children ages 6 And 8 . We loved the 2 bedrooms that accommodated us. The beds and pillows were so nice in each of the rooms. It was so quiet at night where this condo is located which we loved. The kitchen had great cooking pans that we used to fix some meals. They thought of all the little extras that made it nice for our stay. Dish soap, dishwasher soap and hand soap in all the bathrooms. Nice bath towels. Great Tv's in the bedrooms and living room too! Communication with them was top notch. We walked down past the security gate to catch Uber to go out when we wanted which was super easy and affordable. The swimmable beach is fabulous here. We went out in the ocean with the kids every day and the pools and hot tubs were nice. I have to say how clean they all were! Thank you for such wonderful place to stay while we were in Cabo and for all the extra touches on your beautiful Clean place!

Perfect set-up for two couples. Large, private sleeping quarters, comfy beds, great shower water pressure and a huge central space. The deck was spacious with incredible views. Staff at Villa La Estancia couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. On-site food choices weren’t great, but so many fabulous restaurants within a very quick drive. Very enjoyable stay.

This property is exactly like you see in the photos, it is gorgeous. The view of medano beach is absolutely stunning, and because the condo is set back further away from the pools etc, it is very quiet. The grounds were immaculately kept and the water fountains provided a nice white noise. The beds, linens and pillows were very comfortable. We appreciated the option of AC and ceiling fans. The kitchen was well stocked and all appliances worked, but it could use more cutlery. Nick and Laura provided prompt and clear communication throughout the whole process. Estancia as a property was kept immaculately clean and well maintained and all staff were polite and respectful. In addition to a market, pharmacy, gift shop, and ice cream shop. There is a medical centre, doctor and EMT on site. Villa de Estancia clients receive 24 hr medical care. I required this service, and received prompt efficient care. They hand delivered one of my prescriptions to my condo. Amazing care!

This place is perfect! It was hard to imagine that the pictures in the listing were “really that scenic”. However, no joke! It is centered in the middle of the property with nothing in the way of perfection! The accommodations were immaculate! The location to the bustling beach life was a 10 minute walk down the beach yet right outside La Estancia was so peaceful (minus the nuisance of the beach vendors that are impossible to avoid anywhere on the beach)! We surprised our early 20 year old kids with this holiday get-away! Each of us enjoyed it equally and would return to Laura and Nick’s property again!
