Important Notes and House Rules
- Booking Policy: For short-term rentals, all bookings must be made directly by the participant. Third-party bookings are not permitted. The resort requires IDs for all guests to process entrance; check-in is not possible without this information.
- Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet time from 10 pm to 7 am. Excessive noise may result in fines.
- Gatherings: Small get-togethers are welcome, but please maintain a peaceful environment and avoid damage or mess.
- Maximum Occupancy: The number of guests must not exceed the reservation limit to ensure comfort and compliance with resort policies.
- Pet Policy: This is a pet-free property. Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking: Smoking is prohibited indoors. Please smoke outside and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
- Energy Conservation: Help reduce Panama’s carbon footprint by turning off lights, fans, and electronics when not in use.
- Check-Out Time: Check-out is at 11 am to allow the cleaning team to prepare the home for incoming guests.
- Cleaning Cooperation: Please treat the home with care. Leave the space tidy to help the cleaning staff and future guests.

Muy bonita la casa, piscina con calefacción, cocina bastante completa, cuartos cómodos, tuvimos un problema con el aire acondicionado del cuarto principal pero logramos resolver con la persona encargada. Buenaventura es muy bonito, volvería a ir.

En realidad no pudimos utilizar esta Villa. El día 1 de noviembre a las 9am nos comunicaron que la casa tenía problemas eléctricos, que los aire acondicionados no funcionaban, tampoco la bomba de agua, lo que hacía imposible usar la casa. Esto me parece irresponsable ya que denota falta de preparación. La joven Ganesha fue proactiva y amablemente trató de conseguir una alternativa, pero siendo un periodo de varios días feriados fue difícil. La opción que fue un downgrade ya que de una reserva original de una Villa con 8 camas nos tuvimos que quedar en un apartamento con 5 camas, lo cual fue muy incómodo. En resumen fue una amarga experiencia con todo el estrés de no tener alternativa y acabar en un apartamento. Si hubo un reembolso x el cambio pero esto es solo lo mínimo que podía esperar. En resumen una mala experiencia.

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the place. The home was comfortable and had everything we needed. That said, there are a few opportunities to improve: the stove works fine but is much slower compared to others, the board games had a lot of variety but most were missing pieces, and communication with the host team could have been more responsive since replies sometimes came later than expected despite having multiple co-hosts. Overall, still a very good experience!

Tuvimos una estancia maravillosa en la casa del lago. La casa estaba muy limpia y equipada con todo lo que necesitábamos. Disfrutamos muchísimo de la piscina. La anfitriona fue muy amable y atenta; la llamé varias veces para hacerle preguntas sobre la casa y también para pedirle recomendaciones de playas y restaurantes, y siempre respondió con mucha disposición. Al momento de nuestra salida, pensé que había perdido una joya dentro de la casa. La anfitriona y su equipo fueron muy serviciales y se tomaron el tiempo de revisar todo con el personal de limpieza para intentar encontrarla. Finalmente, en la tarde descubrimos que la joya estaba en una de nuestras bolsas, pero aun así agradecemos enormemente la amabilidad, paciencia y tranquilidad que nos transmitieron durante la búsqueda. Definitivamente volveremos a hospedarnos allí.
