Excellent place to rest. The apartment was clean, comfortable and as shown in the photos. We really enjoyed our family stay and would definitely come back.

Excelente lugar para descansar. El apartamento estaba limpio, cómodo y tal como se muestra en las fotos. Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estadía en familia y sin duda volveríamos.

We booked 28 nights and left on day 17. Before booking I asked the host directly whether there was any construction nearby. I was told there was none. There is an active site about 300m away, in sight of the balcony, weekdays. The listing does not mention that the complex runs an intensive pest control programme. When we asked on 13 July, the host sent the schedule: spraying daily Monday to Saturday, plus thermal fogging on Thursdays, all supposedly finished by 8am. It was not followed. Thursday fogs ran at around 5pm, spraying happened twice in one day and on a Sunday, and on Friday 17 July a diesel fog was run at 8am with no warning. It is dense oily smoke and it enters the apartments. We had headaches, eye irritation and broken sleep, and left that morning. There is also a gas water heater in an enclosed kitchen cabinet, and the listing states there is no carbon monoxide alarm. The apartment is comfortable and the views are good. But none of this is disclosed, and we did ask.

The apartment is very nice, superbly equipped, very well located, and Carmen is always attentive. We will definitely be back!

Excellent to rest! What is necessary for them to bring their provisions as there is no place to stock less than 20 minutes away on the way. There is a store with basic things.

Excellent place for relaxing moments with family and pets, there was no problem being with the dogs and the most important thing close to the city.

The apartment is comfortable and beautiful, the kitchen is very well equipped if you go with family or you are interested in cooking. It has a restaurant close to which you can walk on the beach, if you like surfing this beach may like you, the whole space is pet friendly if you go with your dogs they will be well received and meet other dogs if you walk on the beach when you go down the sun. Carmen is very friendly and gives quick response to inquiries. I would definitely be back :)

El apartamento es cómodo y bonito, la cocina está muy bien equipada si vas en familia o estás interesado en cocinar. Tiene un restaurante cercano al que puedes ir caminando por la playa, si te gusta el surf esta playa puede gustarte, todo el espacio es pet friendly si vas con tus perritos serán bien recibidos y conocerán a otros perritos si paseas por la playa al bajar el sol. Carmen es muy amable y da respuesta rápida las consultas. Sin duda volvería :)

Location and complex is great. Beach is amazing to walk in the morning and love the Surf Shack where you find good beach door at great prices. What made our experience a bit less than excellent were: 1) power outage from 7pm to midnight. Power company sent communication about maintenance which was sent to owners, and not passed to us. This made sleeping very hot until midnight. 2) You do not have access to everything. Around the pool and at beach, there are places for owners and other for renters. In the pool, that means seated places with the sun above or in front of you Apartment is very clean and you have view of the pool. Personnel is kind and respectful. And the beach will be right there. We would definitely return.

Siento mucho lo de la luz pero ese mantenimiento era de la empresa naturgy, no fue planeado por el proyecto y no teníamos conocimiento del mismo , y bueno si hay lugares designados para los propietarios o otros para los inquilinos como en todos los proyectos hay normas que hay que cumplir.

Carmen’s place was everything we were looking for, we loved the decoration and that the beds were super comfy.

The place is better than the photos, everything to enjoy a few days disconnected on the beach, tidy and clean and very well equipped. Communication with Carmen was very good and she was available at all times. The view overlooks the pool and for this and more than 1000% recommended.

The stay was extraordinary. Mrs. Carmen was always available to solve queries and help additional to the apt is very spacious, with very nice decoration and with a spectacular view of the social area and the beach. We went as a family to celebrate my mother's birthday and we had a great time especially my 2 year old son who loved the place. As a recommendation I would say that it is better to bring water to drink.

La estancia fue extraordinaria. La Sra. Carmen siempre estuvo disponible para resolver consultas y ayudar adicional al apto es muy amplio, con decoración muy linda y con una vista espectacular al área social y a la playa. Fuimos en  familia a celebrar el cumpleaños de mi mamá y la pasamos muy bien en especial mi hijo de 2 años que amó el lugar. Como recomendación diría que es mejor llevar agua para tomar.

Great condo with everything needed for an extended stay - we only spent 2 days, but will consider Carmen's condo for any future stays in Panama.  Queen bed was comfortable and the decor with its beachy vibe is adorable.  Carmen was attentive and accessible.

My parents stayed in the apartment and were very satisfied. The house has all the amenities, the kitchen is very complete, the staff very attentive, the pool delicious with warm water, very good, very clean and very nice everything.

A very nice apartment in a beautiful location. We enjoyed walking on the beach during sunrise and swimming in the warm ocean. Many beach goers were enjoying the surfing. There are several restaurant choices a short drive down the beach in Punta Chame or in nearby Coronado. Playa Caracol in still developing new properties, but we were never bothered by the construction. We look forward to our next visit.

Carmen’s apartment is a perfect beach getaway! The accommodation is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay, plus nicely decorated. It makes you really feel at home! The apartment complex is nicely designed with a very large pool area and just a footstep from the beac. My family and I really loved it! And Carmen is a great host, communication was quick and kind, before, during and after our stay.

Carmen’s Condo is very tastefully decorated an clean. It is a 2 minute from the beach and in front of the pool. It is a Great beach for surfing or just to relax. Carmen is a wonderful host.

Carmen's apartment is cozy and has all the necessary amenities to make your stay a pleasant one and allow you to disconnect from the routine. The complex is very quiet, respectful people, family atmosphere. The apartment is well located, with a view of the pool and the sea (partial). We went with a one-year-old baby and enjoyed every minute. Carmen was attentive to us and was very kind.

This is a great weekend spot for surfers that want to take advantage of enjoying a good swell. You can check the surf report right from the balcony. If you are learning, there is a surf school next door. For those that prefer the pool, there is a lovely social area and plenty of shaded bohíos and chairs for enjoying an afternoon lounging around. Carmen is very communicative and concerned about you enjoying your stay. Her apartment is clean and is very comfortable for 6 guests. We enjoyed using the large kitchen to make family-style breakfast and appreciated being able to connect to the Bluetooth speakers in the living during our stay.
