- The house accommodates up to six people.
- The neighborhood is very quiet, and guests are asked to respect the neighbors by observing a noise curfew after 9 p.m.
- Parties are not permitted on the property.
- If you prefer not to wake up early with the sunrise or the calls of howler monkeys, bringing a sleep mask is recommended. While the bedroom windows have curtains, complete darkness cannot be guaranteed.
- Nicaragua is home to various insects, so spotting small geckos occasionally is normal and part of the natural experience.

Amazing place with a beautiful property. Access to treecasa amenities were great and they have a nice restaurant as well which is a 4 minute drive or 25 minute walk. Town is quite far but we were provided with multiple options for cab companies and delivery services by the host which were extremely helpful!

The house is located in the housing development of Tree Casa. This is very nice because you have access to the amenities of the Tree Casa Resort. Lots of walking and hiking trails are within the property. The staff at Tree Casa are very nice and helpful.

We loved this house. The information provided about the area was super helpful, we loved Treecasa, the house was lovely and comfortable. We extended as long as it was available and would have stayed longer!

This is the ultimate paradise. Highest standards of Airbnb. The club house is 5 minutes drive and it’s over 5 star quality. Best food ever. Highly recommend this property

Le logement est a libertad, dans une zone en reconstruction, c'est a prendre en compte pour ceux que ça dérangerait mais autrement il est vraiment chouette !! On a apprécié !
