This meticulously maintained house offers five-star amenities and is ideal for business travelers, families with children, and large groups. Immerse yourself in the tranquility of this tropical retreat and observe a diverse range of wildlife up close, including margays, spider and capuchin monkeys, toucans, scarlet macaws, and numerous baby turtles.

The stylishly decorated living area is bright and airy, featuring comfortable seating spacious enough for everyone. The open-plan kitchen and dining area include a large table perfect for group meals. The kitchen is fully equipped with essentials and more, such as:

White vintage cupboards and simple décor create a welcoming atmosphere for those who enjoy cooking. The living room also includes a comfortable work desk for guests who need to attend to business during their stay.

For entertainment, the home offers a table football game to challenge friends and family of all ages.

The master bedroom is decorated in pastel tones with bold wall art, providing a peaceful retreat. It features:

A baby crib is available upon request to accommodate the youngest travelers.

Two additional bedrooms sleep four guests each. One bedroom contains two bunk beds, while the other includes a double bed and a bunk bed, allowing the entire house to accommodate up to 12 guests. There is also a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Additional amenities include a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.

Beach essentials such as towels, blankets, umbrellas, and snorkeling gear are provided. Guests are advised to bring sunscreen and mosquito repellent.

For privacy, the property offers a private pool exclusively for guests and a covered deck with a dining table for outdoor gatherings. Swim laps anytime or relax in the sun with a cool drink. Evening ambiance is enhanced by romantic lighting, and the BBQ area is perfect for dining under the stars.

Nestled within the vibrant rainforests of Costa Rica, this stylish villa is surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty. The home benefits from abundant natural light and thoughtful design, creating a dream-like atmosphere just steps from the beach and wildlife, while offering all modern comforts.

Please note that insects are a natural part of the Costa Rican jungle environment. Guests who are not comfortable with this may want to consider other destinations.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire house, backyard, private pool, and gas BBQ area. The property is a 5-minute drive from Playa Hermosa, where you can enjoy stunning sunsets.

Interaction with Guests

Your host is available to assist with any needs during your stay.

Transportation and Tours

• Private transport from Juan Santamaría Airport to Playa Hermosa is available for $150 (one way, cash to driver), accommodating up to 10 people.
• Private tours can be arranged upon request.

Additional Information

• Repellent, sunscreen, sandals, or water shoes are recommended.
• Crib availability must be requested in advance.
• In response to COVID-19, enhanced cleaning and disinfection protocols are in place for guest safety.
• For security, guests must provide personal information including full name, ID or passport number, and vehicle license plates before arrival.
• Temporary outages of internet, electricity, or water may occur in the area.
• Visitor access incurs an additional charge of $25 per day per person.
• Basic supplies to start your vacation are provided; guests should bring personal or additional cleaning products as needed.
• Construction or renovations may be ongoing nearby.
• Toilet paper disposal is to be done in the garage bin.
• Well-behaved pets are welcome except for dangerous breeds, with a $25 fee per pet. Pets must be leashed and owners are responsible for cleaning up after them.
• Local residents Vicky and Don Rafael may be present on the property or in the storage area.

Check-Out Instructions

1. Turn off all air conditioning units.
2. Take out all garbage.
3. Close all doors and windows.
4. Ensure all appliances and the stove are turned off (the dishwasher may be left running if needed).
5. Place dirty towels in the laundry room.
6. Activate the alarm system.
7. Return the key to the lockbox and secure it.

Additional Services and Policies

• Typical lunch or breakfast service is available for $50 plus ingredients per day (subject to availability).
• Extra cleaning services cost $85 with supplies or $65 without (availability varies).
• Early check-in at 8:00 am and late check-out until 8:00 pm can be arranged for an additional $150 each (subject to availability).
• Free fiber internet is provided.
• Children must be supervised by an adult when using the private pool or ocean.
• Guests should respect ocean safety guidelines, including avoiding swimming under the influence and during high tides.
• Note that renters no longer have access to the Hermosa Palms beach club; however, free beach access is available.
• The property accommodates up to 12 guests. Additional guests must bring their own towels and sleeping arrangements, as extra fees cover only house, pool, water, and electricity usage.
