- One modern bathroom with hot water, which is uncommon in Nicaragua
- Air conditioning in each bedroom and the living room
- A private swimming pool
- Private and shared garden areas, suitable for pets
- A parking area
House Rules
- A refundable security deposit of $40 is required and will be returned on the day of check-out.
- Pets are welcome with an additional $20 cleaning fee and a $40 deposit in case of damage.
- Smoking and pets are not permitted inside the house.

Victor is a wonderful host with an amazing spot and super private. The proximity to the hub of activities is like a 5 min drive max! It's super private and quiet, amazing pool, clean, exceptional spot. I'll be back.
