My family stayed at Casa Magnificent in December '25 and it was the most amazing experience. That view is absolutely stunning. The house is clean, large and spacious and has so many different spaces that the whole family can either come together or hang out separately. The team at Rich coast know what they're doing! Their communication ahead of our stay meant that we absolutely were setup for the best experience and when we had questions at check-in and during our stay they were quick to respond with help. We had an incredible time - thank you and definitely recommend the area, this property and rich coast team!

Think Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous! Pictures do not give this place justice! That view is spectacular. Jennifer and the Rich Coast team are amazing. Staying here you feel as if you have a personal concierge. Rental car service delivered to the home, transportation from and to the airport, in-home massages and a grocery delivery were all arranged for us. Not enough can be said about their hospitality. That said, as beautiful as the home is, there are lots of bugs and critters. Mosquitos, ants, lizards, crabs…I actually started looking them up because I had never seen certain ones before. We had a green stink bug visit and even a scorpion. I suspect this is not unique to this property, since this is Costa Rica. It was odd to stay in the most gorgeous house and wake up to new bugs (often dead), but on the bathroom counter everyday. Again, Jennifer was very responsive and sent an exterminator when there was a rat sighting in the kitchen, (although Jennifer suspected it was a possum)

It was a beautiful house with an even more beautiful view. The host responded to my messages very promptly and was able to schedule and reserve all of the tours through them as well. It was very convenient for our first time there. A little out of the way of walking to restaurants but we got golf karts and bikes that cleared that problem up. Highly recommend!

Our stay in Costa Rica over New Year’s was absolutely unforgettable! We traveled with two families, and the accommodations were perfect—spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The highlight of our trip was undoubtedly the fireworks. The view of the fireworks from the property was simply incredible, giving us a breathtaking and magical start to the new year. The hosts were fantastic, ensuring every detail was taken care of. We can’t recommend this place enough and would love to come back!

Home was beautiful! Beyond amazing views! From every bedroom too! House had everything we needed and more. Pool was wonderful! Management company was extremely helpful and responsive!!

The Rich Coast team exceeded our expectations. They are swift with responsiveness and very helpful and accommodating. They are well connected with tours and restaurants and gave great advice for last minute entertainment. The house was absolutely wonderful with the most spectacular view. It was a dream vacation. It was high up on a mountain which seemed scary to get to on the first day. But after day 1 we were pros on that road. Very safe and serene. Air conditioning and fans kept the home at the perfect comfy room temperature. We cooked in the fully equipped kitchen and outdoor grill with ease. Just be careful outdoors with food because the raccoons and howler monkeys will crash your party lol. Washer and dryer was also a major convenience. This place was awesome. You won’t regret booking this home or any home with the Rich Coast Team.

Rent a car for the stay. Walking is do able but not if your carrying any thing.

Casa Magnificent is truly a breathtaking home. Costa Rica really captured my heart. From the hospitality, friendly, laid back, and personal moments I look forward to visiting again. The rooms upstairs all had access to the balcony to have the most amazing sunrise and sunset views. The pools on the property really made relaxing easy. The eating area outside with the grill gave ample amount of space for everyone to lounge and enjoy. The kitchen was equipped with all the cooking supplies needed to cook great meals. The speaker was a nice touch to enjoy music while gathering. I would like to personally thank Marilyn and Kerri for communicating through emails to help organize this trip. Russell, Rebecca, Joseph, and Chris from the management team for greeting and introducing the property. Ricardo was a joy to have as he transported us all over Costa Rica giving rich history and insight on the local area.
