Our stay was beyond amazing! The place was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and the view was absolutely breathtaking — even better than the photos. And Rachel, our host, was exceptional. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, always kind, responsive, and genuinely welcoming. You can truly feel the care she puts into every detail. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 100/100 — we will definitely be coming back! Highly recommended

The view is absolutely gorgeous and was a highlight of our stay. Rachel is very friendly and nice. The pool was clean. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed how quiet and relaxing the property is. There isn’t much to do in the surrounding area and there are lots of bumpy dirt roads, so plan on staying at the Airbnb and relaxing—we enjoyed that part. Rachel gave us good advice to never keep the doors open longer than needed, so we did that to keep out pests. We still had ants and some roaches, so be sure to seal everything in bags, even toothpaste. You’re in natural surroundings! There were only 2 toilet paper rolls provided for the stay, so bring extra unless you plan to make a trip to the store. Have Rachel show you how to work the shower to get hot water. You’ll also want to bring an eye mask (there are no curtains) and ear plugs. Birds sometimes hit the large windows, which can be jarring while sleeping. Overall, a good place to relax and enjoy peace if you come prepared!

Our stay at Rachel’s place was perfection! It was one of the more remote Airbnbs we have stayed in and we are in awe of the beauty of the picturesque and nearly 360 views of the marina, bay and islands. The house is as good as the pictures and then some. We enjoyed breakfast on the porch with howler monkeys and jungle noises, spent lazy afternoons floating in the pool and evenings cooking meals and relaxing in the well appointed house. Rachel, as others have mentioned, is a fantastic and gracious host. Our flight was delayed and we unfortunately arrived after dark. She met us at the new ETA and gave solid advice to get up the driveway in the dark. She also met us on our departure and I had a nice chat with her. If you have the opportunity to meet her and stay at her property, we recommend you do so. Just do get 4x4 as noted :)

Such a beautiful and private location, Rachel was wonderful, the villa was beautiful and pristine. The most private and secure place we have stayed, the road is secluded and the property is fully gated and fenced off. There were zero indications for the need for security but still nice to know you are the only people anywhere around you.

The place is at a rare beauty sport. We wanted a getaway with my husband and this place gave us a perfect time to relax and be connected with nature. The place is super clean, very well organized. The sound of birds and monkeys is just amazing. The view - you can’t get enough of it. Everything was perfect ! Ps: you really need a 4x4 car to get to the place but it’s totally worth it ! Rare spot !

Rachel’s place is a paradise in the jungle, and perfect for relaxation. The views are breathtaking and the photos do not do it justice. Moreover, Rachel was a paragon of kindness. A personal crisis upended my plans, but Rachel was beyond kind and compassionate. It’s Rachel’s beautiful spirit that makes the place a paradise.

Magical, serene, inspiring, endless views are a few words I would use to describe our stay. This is a one of a kind, elevated experience and our family of 4 (including 2 teens) had a wonderful stay here. Sunrises, sunsets, monkey howls to start our day, fruit trees and so much more. This will be a treasured memory for all. Tips: stop at a grocery store in Panama City on your way here - stock up. There are small markets nearby for quick needs, as well as a small fruit stand at the end of the road (where we had the most flavorful pineapple of our lives). Isla Grande snorkeling and beach was meh - I wouldn't bother. 4x4 car is a must, and it cannot be AWD, go for the 6 or 8 cyclinder. Your first drive up is the most animated in the car, it is a breeze after that :) Rachel is a wonderful, lovely host. Incredible memory!

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour au logement de Rachel. C’était tout simplement magnifique et Rachel est très réactive et très aimable! Elle nous a aidé a trouver un tour de bâteau pour visiter les iles! Je recommande vivement! :)
