We had a great stay here. The condo was clean, comfortable, and matched the listing well. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants, and we appreciated having a pool as an alternative to the sand. It felt very safe and easy to get around, and the reserved parking spot was a nice bonus, though you could easily get by without a car. Inside, everything was well maintained and the AC worked great. Beds were on the firmer side, and the kitchen had the basics but could benefit from a few simple additions like salt and pepper. One fun highlight was walking back one evening and hearing a large group of howler monkeys in the trees around the parking area. Tamarindo itself is more touristy than we expected, but that’s not a reflection of the property. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

Our family of four had a great stay in this condo. The location was perfect and the condo was clean and comfortable. It was easy to get to without needing to use the stairs or elevator. The location to the pool was perfect as well, just a short walk down the back patio. It was also an easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping! We would come back in a heartbeat and highly recommend this condo to anyone looking to stay in Tamarindo.

The accommodation was beautiful and such a close proximity to the beach and so many stores and restaurants. We enjoyed spending time at the pool as well. Wils was fast to answer our questions and we really appreciated that.

The location and the host were outstanding. The host was responsive and helpful. The location is great. Secluded but close to the beach, shops and dining. The complex is well maintained and safe. The unit itself could use a good deep clean. We actually used bleach and cleaned black stuff out of the corners of the tub. There is a small hole in the ceiling of one of the bedrooms with some sort of black stuff (either dirt and dust buildup or mold) inside. The mattress cover in the master bedroom was stained yellow on a good portion of it ( didn’t see it until I stripped the bed prior to checkout. The unit clearly was surface clean but very dusty in all non obvious locations. Other than that the unit has direct access to the pool and had enough kitchenware to cook with. With a good deep cleaning this would be an easy 5 star condo.

Wonderful apartment, spacious, with everything you need, located in the very centre, yet very quiet area, peaceful and quiet, excellent and nice large swimming pool which my daughter used all the time, the owner responded to everything. Thanks a lot!

Excellent location could run across the street to check the surf or watch the sunset. The stairs to the back pool and exit to the street was definitely everything!

Very close To beach and town - all easily Within walking distance. Right next to pool which was nice when coming off beach. Everything we needed to cook was there. It was super great!

Wils place at Sunrise Condos is great! The location is prime, directly across from the beach, making it easy to go back and forth. Especially with little kids! Everything you need is at your fingertips; stores, restaurants, grocery, ect. The location is quiet not being directly in town, but walking distance to it all. We will definitely stay here again!
