The Space
Casa Aurora is a modern two-level home located in a comfortable, private condominium just minutes from Galería Santo Domingo, recreation areas, and shopping. It is equipped with essential furniture and kitchen utensils to provide a cozy and pleasant stay.
The first floor includes:
- A main living room
- A private television room
- A spacious, fully equipped kitchen connected to the dining room
- A covered terrace with direct access to the barbecue area
- Three large bedrooms
The master bedroom features:
- A private bathroom
- A private balcony
- Air conditioning
Each bedroom also includes air conditioning. The first-floor bedroom is designed for older guests and has a private bathroom, a double bed, and air conditioning.
Guest Access
All indoor and outdoor areas are completely private. Guests also have access to:
- Free private parking on the property
- A beautiful front garden
- A spacious backyard patio
Other Things to Note
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the house. A $200 fine will apply if smoking occurs indoors.
- Electricity is charged separately according to consumption.
- The cleaning service schedule will be communicated in advance. Additional cleaning is available for an extra fee upon request.
- Kitchen service can be provided at an additional cost.
- Security cameras are located only outside the house.
- Extending check-out time costs $10 per hour.
- Check-in and check-out are not permitted during the early morning hours.

Carlos and Ana made us felt like we were in our own home, they were very helpful, and had an amazing communication. We definitely will love to stay in another house that is on his portfolio. The house was very clean and the area was safe. The check in and check out process was great. Carlos and Ana fueron demasiados amables, recomiendo al mil sus servicios como Airbnb. La casa estaba muy limpia, la conversación siempre fue muy eficaz. Si deseas hospedarte en una de las casas que ofrecen no dudes 2 veces porque son demasiados responsables y siempre están pendiente de ti durante tu estadia. Great house and very comfortable. The house was put together with a nice back yard area and a sun room which you could relax in and have a drink. The house wasn’t far from downtown and there was stores in walking distance like Walmart/24 hour am:pm (convenient store) . Overall a good place to stay!

Our stay at Casa Emma was absolutely wonderful. The house had such a warm, home-like feel, and the spacious patio with its beautiful mango trees made it even more special. One of our favorite moments was enjoying breakfast together outside beneath the mango tree, it was such a memorable experience. My family had an amazing time, and Amy greeted us with such kindness and warmth upon our arrival. The location of the home was also great, and we felt completely safe and secure throughout our stay.
