I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb and honestly couldn’t recommend it more highly. From the moment I arrived, everything was spotless, beautifully arranged, and exactly as described—if not better. The space felt warm, inviting, and thoughtfully designed, with every detail making it feel like a true home away from home. The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and accommodating, making the entire stay seamless. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, which really made the experience stand out. The location was perfect with breathtaking views (sunsets, macaws, monkeys, lizards, and a toucan). The drive up to the house is steep, but we had no trouble with our eleven passenger rental van. The perks of having security guard check point, maid service, and a chef, who prepared two unbelievable meals, added to the positive experience. Also, the infinity pool was large, clean and, beautiful. This was the most incredible rental ever!!!!!

Only thing you need to know - late at night (after 10 PM), the host sent a strange, unannounced man into the house to demand immediate payment for extra services. We were not past due, just received the total less than an hour earlier and were disputing significant overcharges (over $1,000 more than quoted). The man refused to leave until payment was made, which was extremely scary. (we have pics of the man) The home itself had issues: a sewage smell in one room and near the pool, a shower without hot water for two days, and a toilet that never worked in one room. We also prepaid for airport transport, which was poorly handled. One van never arrived, and another group was put into the wrong van due to lack of coordination by the host, causing confusion and fear in a foreign country. We ultimately had to contact the chef and van company directly due to ongoing communication failures. Nice views, nice pool, cold hot tub. The chef was amazing despite the host sending them the wrong day.
