Great spot just a short walk to the beach. Private pool was A++ with fantastic landscaping. Also a short walk to super market is a plus.

Place as described. AC did work properly in the entire house. 1 bedroom down stairs opens to the kitchen therefore not so private for the people in the bedroom and the people in the kitchen. 3 beds (one on each bedroom) with bed linen; no more beds could be added. No bed linen available for the sofas as bed alternative. Spacious freezer and refrigerator. Nice size washing and dryer machines. Parking in the street. 5 minutes walk to the beach. Big supermarket at 2 minutes walk. No problem with bugs.

We were so pleased with Villa 5 . We spent hours listening to the birds in our garden paradise and pool area. With 4 generations traveling , all our needs were met , with one downstair stair’s bedroom for our elderly person and very comfortable two rooms upstairs for a family with kids and grandparents. All appliances are very modern, and AC very effective in the separate areas. Coming from the States, we were not sure how things were going to be, but we felt safe at all times. We met so many wonderful people , drank way too much CR coffee, and went home with lovely sunburns. Villa 5 and the Dominical area was a trip of a lifetime .

Perfect location for our family. Our kids loved the pool and the horses across the street. It was really nice to walk to the beach and the BM as well as into town. Would love to stay here again.

Excellent large villa in excellent location with excellent hosts! Better than the pictures. Super close to the beach, and walkable to Dominical restaurants and shops. Easy drive to both Manuel Antonio and the whale's tail. Pura Vida!

Great stay! Comfy, cute and roomy house, less than 10min walk from all the shops and restaurants, and 3min walk to the beach. Great AC in all rooms! All around excellent stay.
