Reconnect with nature and rural Costa Rica, at this unforgettable escape. We open the doors of our guest "casita" for people to experience Lake Arenal and its environment. Studio Malinche is located nearby a local brewery, a skate park, and it is walking distance to the lake. Great place to relax and recharge for your next Costa Rican adventure, or use it as a base to check out places such as Rio Celeste, La Fortuna, and Monteverde. If you need to rent a car, we can set you up! The space Studio Malinche is on the same property as our main house, but it is set back in a private setting. We do not share any common spaces, even parking is separate. It is an open concept studio, with a queen size bedroom, small bathroom and common living/kitchen area. Both the bedroom and living/kitchen area have sliding doors to the patio. Guest access The entire Studio Malinche, patio, field surrounding it and parking area. Other things to note Sometimes the weather can be very windy and rainy here! It can also be gorgeous with no wind, but you never know! We really try to attract guest that want a relaxing setting and not party or meet ups.

Un lugar para desconectarse del día a día y recargar baterías, muy tranquilo y acogedor. Mucha naturaleza y vistas espectaculares al lago. Las instalaciones muy limpias y ordenadas. Sin duda volveremos cuando necesitemos descansar

L’emplacement avec la vue sur le lac Arenal est magnifique. Le logement est bien équipé et propre. Les hôtes répondent rapidement et sont tres avenant. Je recommande cet endroit. Seul petit bémol, la connection internet est par satellite, ce qui rend difficile la communication par videocam. Pour le reste tout est magnifique. :-)

This was my second time staying here (this time I brought my partner), and it did not disappoint. Such a beautiful, peaceful place. We're already trying to figure out when we can come back again!

Todo excelente, el lugar hermoso, todo absolutamente precioso, el restaurante al fondo de la calle delicioso y con unas vistas espectaculares. Hubo un inconveniente el último día, pero hablándolo con los dueños me supieron arreglar perfectamente el problema. Todo de maravilla

We only stayed one night but we had a great time! Definitely recommend cafe and macadamia for food and Tia Marilena for an amazing massage. The brewery down the street was also nice. It rained a lot during our stay and the wind and rain were loud hitting the container. The key lock did stick which was annoying since it was pouring rain but overall we had a nice one night stay.

Only stayed one night but it was everything we expected. Host was responsive and very nice! Views are beautiful from the deck, and the brewery down the road was a bonus!
