Can't say enough about our stay! From the beautiful house to the pristine beaches! Pascal and Manuel are the nicest people who did everything to ensure we had a great stay, not just at the house, but during our visit to Puerto Jimenez. Monkeys everywhere, bioluminescence on the beach in front of the house, and Manuel's work with turtle conservation, and the beautiful ocean views reminded me every day why I fell in love with the OSA four years ago. Thank you Pascal and Manuel for a wonderful stay!

This place is paradise - Pascal and Manuel ensured that our stay was perfect from start to finish - you really cannot beat this house or the location - the humpback whales were in the sea in front of the house every single day. Turtles, flying fish, scarlet macaws and the abundant wildlife around the property were part of our experience that really left us not wanting to depart. This was our second stay at Casa Punta Preciosa and definitely will not be our last - thank you to our amazing hosts

Casa Punta Preciosa is tucked away into beautiful surroundings filled with wildlife and just a few steps away from what felt like our own private beach. We absolutely loved swimming each day, seeing whales, rays jumping in the waves, and baby olive sea turtles! It was fun trying to find the sloth in the trees each day, and near the end of our trip a troop of twenty (20!) howler monkeys came to rest during the day right behind the house. Manuel was always so respectful of our privacy, yet was available for any help or recommendations we may have needed. He even showed our boys how to cut and eat a fresh coconut, which they loved! If you are looking for an immersive Costa Rican experience perfectly placed along the Osa peninsula, then look no father than Pascal's place.

It's not easy to create a comfortable space in such a remote location but Pascal has done it. The home is rustic but REALLY well thought out. Totally remote but it was an a+ launching point for our family for several Osa adventures. The home itself is right on the beach and full of wildlife all around. In one single shot we were on the back porch looking at multiple scarlet macaws, a sloth, a troop squirrel monkeys! Later we saw iguanas, toucans right from the same porch. There was a full time caretaker living downstairs in a private room separate from where we stayed....a local kid. So helpful, just on it with anything we needed. Highly recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Punta Preciosa. The location is beautiful and private. The beach was virtually deserted most of the time. The swimming was fantastic and it was also nice to walk along the sandy beach early in the morning and watch the Scarlet Macaws and other birds. Pascal was an excellent host. He was very responsive to my inquiries and often responded within the hour. He has created a very helpful digital welcome book which you receive access to after booking. He helped arranged excellent tours for us, all of which I would recommend - kayak tour of the mangrove, boat And snorkelling tour of the Gulf, a night walk and a trip to Corcovado. The house is very nice and is tastefully and comfortably furnished. The gas stove and oven took some figuring out but worked well. There is no microwave or dishwasher. The main floor is open to the air so there were some insects at night but using the fan and insect repellent helped. We would love to go back again.

From my 10 year old… It’s nice because you got to be outside a lot. the beach was awsome, a great part was waking up and walking on the beach at sunrise which was so pretty. The macaws were really cool. It’s kinda scary having it being open and know there are animals out there. (We arrived at night which if you can avoid you should, little hard to navigate the roads for the first time at night) Dad - the nature sounds at night when we arrived were intense and I think kiddo was a little nervous but in the morning all of the nervousness went away. This is a very special place, you are the last house on a very sparsely populated beach (you see nobody for most of the day) there are animals everywhere. It’s very exposed to the elements which might be hard for some but once you settle in you tap into a natural energy that exists in all of us and it is beautiful,
