The location was great. Didn't realize it's 65km away from the city on dirt roads. Not horrible, but the commute each time you needed anything was a bit much. The east cape is gorgeous, and no one around. The hotel next door is crazy expensive for food. We were bummed the hot tub didn't work, as that was a selling point. The beach not being really swimmable was disappointing too, but if you walk down it a bit, there was a great tide pool area. Loreto and his wife were amazing, always taking care of us. We would stay here again, just not for this long (we stayed 7 of the 9 booked days). It was hard with 5 little kids. Great space to run around, but the showers lost hot water after 10 minutes. The location is amazing. We saw whales, and on our commute down the dirt road always passed cows, donkeys, and horses. Tons of hawks and fish on this side, along with stunning ocean views.

The accommodations were perfect - exactly as described! Lots of space, excellent, friendly, helpful hosts, beautiful pool and beach. Only drawback is lack of amenities nearby. Make sure you bring everything you need for your stay with you. Restaurant/market is pricey due to lack of options.

We had a lovely stay - Loreto (the house manager) was wonderful and so helpful with everything from laundry to procuring fresh fish! The house pretty remote, which we really enjoyed and even though Vida Soul hotel is right next door it still felt like we had a private beach. Watching whales right in front of the house every day was a huge highlight! The house is definitely quirky, it has a very interesting layout and does not have a great indoor hangout space, but it's very spacious and was great for our large group.

This was a perfect Baja retreat. It is not super fancy but clean, great location and the caretaker, Loreto, was always available if we needed assistance with something.

Richard was very attentive and helpful. Loretto ( caretaker) was very helpful also. Getting us chairs and umbrellas for beach, helping with the bbq and cooking some meats for us and taking our friend to the airport for a lost luggage. Richard’s came out and helped us also when we had a flat out in the sand . The house was very spacious and nice to hang out at.

Great value! Unique and fun place to stay with a large group. The caretaker is super helpful and friendly. In a very remote area down some long dirt roads, so be sure to stock up on supplies and hiring a chef was convenient. It’s also awesome being so close to a restaurant & bar that had live music. Some really fun waves in the area, mostly for more experienced surfers, it’s about a mile walk to Punta Perfecta.

La casa tiene una ubicación única. Recomendable para grandes grupos que estén acostumbrados a estar rodeados de naturaleza. Loreto el guardián de la casa es una gran persona y está ayudando constantemente.

Villa Vinorama is a piece of heaven on earth. The property is peaceful, beautiful, spacious, and surrounded by natural beauty. The property is separate from the major cities (about an hour and some change from the San Jose Del Cabo’s town center). Loreto the property caretaker is incredibly respectful, helpful, and polite. Richard the owner is quite polite and and great when it comes to communication. I definitely look forward to coming back to this place.

Loreto was a wonderful caretaker, he really did his best to make us feel comfortable. His friendly pups were an added bonus and highlight of our stay! Unfortunately, our group of 10 did not have a great stay. We had a combination of bad luck and bad weather. The a/c did not work in the main villa so half of our group could not sleep in the 90+ heat. The current at the beach is very strong and with huge waves the beach is not safe to swim or surf. Wifi was available near the pool and oceanside villa only. It was nice to have the huge space for our group but the host's communication was lacking. The property suffered some damages after a hurricane and we were expecting damage to the exterior but thought everything inside was working fine. If I had known the true condition of the property I would have cancelled and booked something else.

Richard's place embodies everything we love about Baja and especially the East Cape. The property is absolutely excellent for 14 people, the people helping on the property are so kind and friendly, and the best part might have been the variety of birds in the ancient trees on the property. We will be back. Jim
