The Space

Welcome to the Haven, a modern and contemporary single-level home located within the gated Mar Vista community in Playa Flamingo. This newly built residence offers a luxurious and comfortable stay surrounded by the dry tropical forest, with scenic views visible from your private pool. Enjoy the sounds of local howler monkeys as they move through the nearby forest.

The home features three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, accommodating couples, families, and groups of friends. It is situated approximately 50 minutes from Liberia International Airport.

Bedrooms

• Master bedroom: King bed with premium mattress and linens, air conditioning, full bathroom with walk-in shower, closet, digital safe, and ceiling fan.
• Second bedroom: Two twin beds (convertible to king upon request), comfortable mattresses and linens, closet, and air conditioning.
• Third bedroom (Casita): Separate from the main house, this brand-new casita includes a queen bed, private bathroom, TV, mini bar, and air conditioning.

Each bedroom has its own private bathroom.

Living Areas and Kitchen

• Gourmet kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, wood cabinetry, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar.
• Main living area includes a dining space, ample seating, a 50-inch LED Smart TV, and air conditioning.
• Master and guest bedrooms open via sliding doors to a covered terrace and pool area.

Outdoor Space

• Private covered terrace with pool loungers, dining table, and a gas BBQ grill.
• Surrounded by a pristine natural environment within a secure, private community.

• Fully stocked with beach towels, folding beach chairs, cooler, and other useful items.

Pet Policy

Dogs are welcome with the following conditions:

• A refundable deposit of $500 is required to cover potential damages.
• An additional cleaning fee of $75 applies due to extra cleaning needs.
• Pets must be approved in advance through a pre-approval process.
• Only dogs are allowed; puppies and other types of pets are not permitted.

About Mar Vista Community

The Haven is part of the 900-acre Mar Vista development near Flamingo Beach. Community amenities include:

Flamingo Beach, located just 1.5 miles from the home, features a beautiful mile-long white sand beach with gentle currents, ideal for swimming and sunbathing. Nearby attractions include:

• Playa Grande, a world-renowned surfing beach, 45 minutes by car.
• Tamarindo, a lively surf town offering shopping, surf lessons, diverse dining options, and nightlife.

A rental car is recommended for convenient travel around the area. Assistance with car rentals, airport transfers, tours, and at-home services is available through the concierge.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the entire home except for the locked owner’s closet.
