Located in the upscale Flamingo community along Costa Rica’s Pacific coast, it is just 20 minutes north of the renowned Tamarindo and 50 minutes from Liberia International Airport (LIR). The villa offers breathtaking panoramic views of the sparkling Pacific Ocean.
The Space
Casa Pacifica is a luxurious and cozy oceanview home situated within a gated community on Guanacaste's North Pacific Coast, Playa Flamingo. The property features:

- Private swimming pool exclusively for guests
- Daily maid service
- Independent air conditioning and ceiling fans in all rooms

House Rules
- No smoking is permitted inside the villa.
- A strict noise policy is enforced to respect the private community, which is primarily home to permanent residents and families.
- Quiet hours are from 11:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., during which loud music and excessive noise are prohibited.
- Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate eviction without refund.

The house was beautiful. George and his staff were all attentive. The chef is definitely a must have. He is an amazing person and the food was delicious, we were only going to use him for two days and ended up using him the whole time there. Definitely recommend this house.

This house is AMAZING! The views, George (host), Rainer (concierge), Teresa (housekeeper), and Jonathan (chef) made my 40th birthday better than I could've imagined. Clean, beautiful, awesome food, wonderful excursions, just all around the best trip!

The home was absolutely perfect for our large group of family and friends. The chef was amazing and everything perfect. Could not have asked for a better stay. The host was also extremely helpful and responsive. Can’t wait to come back again.

Our group had an amazing experience at this home. We loved being there so much that we even canceled one of our planned activities to spend more time at the house. We were a group of 9 women traveling for a reunion and this space exceeded all of our expectations. The space was incredible with breathtaking views from almost everywhere. We spent most of the time outside by the pool where there were several seating areas, an enormous table to gather around, and a full big end grill set up. George was an amazing host. He was always available both before and during our stay to answer any questions and make sure our stay was as perfect as possible. I would highly recommend having meals at the house cooked by Jonathan. He is an incredible and personable chef who customized everything to satisfy everyone in our group. The house was in a quiet, peaceful area that we felt completely safe in, especially since it was in a double gated area. Highly recommend a stay here!
