Located within the gated community of Monte Paraiso, it sits conveniently between the lively beach town of Playas del Coco and the residential area of Playa Hermosa. You can enjoy relaxing by your private pool or reach the sandy beach in less than 10 minutes.
The living and dining areas are situated on the main level, with just one step leading up to the raised kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms. The house includes three bedrooms—two with king beds and one with a queen bed—along with two full bathrooms.
Outside, a spacious covered patio surrounds the pool, providing ample seating and a gas barbecue for outdoor dining. To keep you entertained, the home offers a variety of board games and books.

We stayed here 4 nights, it was my wife and I and our 6 year old. The view is amazing, and even better in person than the images show. We had a very nice and relaxing stay here, and we felt the area was very secure with a security guard and a gate on the property. The beds are very comfortable as well! There were folding chairs for the beach and some sand toys. The wifi didn't reach the pool area, and the download speeds were about 10MB to 20MB down, but it worked well enough for streaming etc.. If we ever came back to this area, we would 100% stay at this place again, it was amazing!

Exactly what we expected and wanted! The staff were very responsive and efficient, the place felt clean and taken care of. Loved feeling secure in the neighborhood and the view was unbeatable. For the rainy season, we spent a lot of time at home and this was the perfect place for that.

The view is incredible! We enjoyed the pool and balcony area. The house was clean with just some minor issues. Nice and spacious living and kitchen area. Close to Hermosa beach and Coco beach.

Loved it! Close to multiple beaches, gorgeous view and home, clear and helpful communication. They even had a few kids toys that my toddler loved!

Absolutely loved our stay here. The views were unreal from sunrise to sunset, and the location was perfect for exploring the area while still feeling peaceful and private. The place itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Waking up to those views every morning was honestly the highlight of the trip. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Our stay was wonderful! The view is spectacular and so lovely to wake up to each morning. The deck was also perfect. Always had some shade to escape the hot sun and the pool was ideal for all ages. The place was clean, well equipped and cool. The location was also ideal as it is 10 mins to coco and 5 mins to playa Hermosa. Would highly recommend!
