The Space
Casa Olas Blancas is a roomy and comfortable home offering generous indoor and outdoor living areas. Located in Guiones, it provides direct beach access for surfing, swimming, beach walks, and enjoying spectacular sunsets.
The main house features a peaceful master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom that includes both indoor and outdoor showers. This bedroom opens directly onto a spacious wraparound balcony. The open-plan kitchen and dining area overlook the lush jungle, accompanied by the soothing sounds of the ocean, creating a tranquil tropical setting.
The living room is furnished with a cozy sofa and a TV, and large doors open onto the balcony, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor spaces. Air conditioning is available in the kitchen, living room, and all bedrooms.
Upstairs, the second bedroom contains two twin bunk beds, comfortably accommodating four guests. There is also a dedicated office space with views of the pool, ideal for remote work or quiet relaxation.
The parking area, pool, and laundry room are shared between the main house and the separate apartment when both are rented independently.
Guest Access
Guests have exclusive use of the main house located on the upper level and the surrounding grounds. The separate downstairs apartment is not included but can be rented separately if desired.
Private access to the garage is provided, perfect for storing surfboards, bicycles, or other transportation.

Location and Wildlife

Additional Information
Casa Olas Blancas is currently on the market for sale. Showings are typically scheduled between guest stays, but on rare occasions, a potential buyer may need to visit during a reservation. In such cases, guests will receive at least 24 hours' notice, and efforts will be made to minimize any disruption.

We loved every minute of our stay at Lany’s place. The house was gorgeous and fully stocked. I really appreciated the coffee provided. The monkeys hang out in the trees right next to the house. Can’t get better than that. We had a little mix up with the codes when we arrived but the hose manager Jenna was able to sort it out within 10 minutes.

We loved Lany’s place. The layout was perfect as we have three daughters and they enjoyed their side of the house and then my husband and I had the master suite. There’s was plenty of sunshine, comfy beds, AC, fully equipped kitchen, walkable to the beach and the pool was great! Lany was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful. We would walk the beach down to shops, food, surf rentals. The sunsets were incredible. We didn’t want to leave. Highly recommend!

We stayed here with our family for an extended family vacation. It was a perfect location for us — close to shops and restaurants but also peaceful and quiet at night. We swam in the pool daily while watching monkeys or rare birds visit around us, and walked to the beach where the waves were good enough to surf in but also enjoyable for our youngest swimmers to jump in. Highly recommend for a family rental.

This is our second time at Casa Olas Blancas and our kids felt right at home. The location is perfect- quiet and peaceful but still very close to town and just a short walk to the surf at Bakers Beach. We rented the main house, while some friends rented the bottom apartment and it was a lively way to vacation with friends while still having our own space for each family. Would love to stay here again.

What a lovely few days we spent in Nosara! The house was very comfortable for a family and we had a great time stretching out in the house. Everything was clean and working and Lany was super communicative before and during our stay.

Lany and co was super responsive to all of our requests! The house was fully stocked with everything you can think of for a beach vacation (coolers, bug spray, etc.) The walk to the beach was super close and it is stunning for morning walks. Monkeys came right up on the balcony! The gated community made us feel safe and it was a perfect stay!

Lany’s home was perfect for our family vacation. The home was gorgeous with plenty of outdoor living space, beautiful indoor accommodations, and a lovely pool. If we needed anything, we had an immediate response from Lany or the property manager. Whether needing an unclogged toilet or restaurant recs, they were prompt and helpful.
