Jenny’s place in Tulum was simply amazing!!!! It was a last minute getaway for me and my husband - Jenny and Rosoldo were super responsive, helped us plan our vacation every step of the way, from having a chef come over to cook us delicious meals to helping us find the perfect in-house masseuse. Jenny’s home is absolutely beautiful - with everything you could possibly need. There are beautiful plants throughout the home, even in the bathrooms! It’s truly a “Tulum Dream”, with a gorgeous sipping pool and beautiful outdoor patio with bar and swing chairs. The home is immaculate, fresh towels and linens await your arrival. It’s in a gates community - the guard gates were such amazing people. Mariah, at the front gate was one of our favorite people. The home is situated minutes from local restaurants and walkways and close to the beach. Jenny and Rodolfo were amazing hosts and we will definitely be back to visit again soon!!!

This house was beautiful, and Jenny and Daniel were very thoughtful and responsive hosts — they even arranged airport transfer for us. We loved the interior decor and the fun outdoor space. My only caution for future guests would be that the neighborhood is still developing. There weren't many streetlights, and there were people camping in the construction site next door with direct views into our bedrooms. Those things aren't in Jenny's control of course, but they do mean you'll probably feel safer if you're a large, maybe co-ed group rather than a small group of girls.

The space was gorgeous - kind of a hike from most of the things we wanted to do, but very cozy and peaceful. Daniel also helped us to iron out some small kinks we had and was extremely kind.

Great stay. Daniel was very responsive throughout the weekend and helpful with recommendations and connecting with vendors for bikes, cenote tours, etc. Villa was awesome, great location, very walkable, quiet at night. Outdoor bar area next to the pool is a fun spot to chill. All in all, really positive. A few honest notes: 1. While the villa has 2.5 bathrooms, the two full bathrooms are ensuite to two of the bedrooms. That means that the people staying in non-ensuite bedrooms need to enter the bedrooms in order to use the bathroom unless they go downstairs. Not a dealbreaker by any means, but also not clear from the listing. 2. The non-ensuite bedroom on the top floor has a thatched roof and appears to be a converted patio. The guy who stayed there said that he could hear birds squawking very early, seemingly on the roof. Again, not a dealbreaker, but it's worth knowing. As other reviewers have noted, I think this room is potentially slightly more buggy.

It was an amazing stay. It was a beautiful place! Would definitely stay there again! Not only was the stay perfect but Daniel was so helpful with recommendations and planning. We got a private chef one night and also Daniel set us up with an atv and cenotes experience! Would recommend this to anyone who wants to visit tulum

This is a must book. Sergio was so helpful and always available when you needed him. The house pictures doesn’t do it enough justice. It was the perfect house for me and my girls for my bday trip. From the decorations, the chef was amazing we loved her, and the transportation he referred us too was always there and ready on time. I will be back again.

Wow this Airbnb is beautiful as it is shown in pictures. I got a lot of messages asking where we were staying because it was so nice. The location is less than ideal. The city of tulum is developing, in a couple years this location will be bomb. But as lots of things are on the beach, getting a taxi $60 usd each way was a little unfortunate. Our hosts were great. Check in was way with the lockbox. They provided recommendations and contacts (airport transportation, taxi drivers, golf cart vendors etc) which were much appreciated. The WiFi was better than I expected. Each room has their own AC unit was nice but only the bathrooms had hangers (no closets). My biggest concern was the room on the top floor with the straw roof. It was very hot despite the individual AC unit and lots of bugs crawled in and bit our guests. But not sure how much could be changed about that.

Everything was amazing, Sergio the host was incredible, kind, helpful, and so responsive. The house was beautiful and spacious and located in the perfect location. The air bnb was equipped with everything you need and has such a beautiful ambiance! You are walking distance to so many delicious cafes, restaurants, shops, and more! Only a short bike ride or taxi to downtown or the beach! We were a group of 10 and there was more than enough room for everyone to fit super comfortably. I highly recommend this space for your next trip! We are so grateful and had the most special time celebrating my bachelorette party here for 4 days! For sure this was an unforgettable trip that will forever be in our hearts!!!! Thank you for everything!!! :) We will definitely be returning in the future- that is how much we enjoyed our stay! Muchisimas gracias!!!!!!
