El alojamiento de casitas las frutas se encuentra a 10 minutos de la carretera principal en cocles con un acceso de lastre en la entrada hacia colina secreta. Lugar tranquilo y privado con una bonita piscina. Apartamentos equipados relativamente pequeños con la cama en el segundo piso, lo que hace el traslado al baño un poco incómodo utilizando gradas. En general cuenta con lo básico para una estancia cómoda, sin embargo podrían mejorar la cantidad de los utensilios en general. El parqueo es un poco incómodo, sobre todo para temporada alta.

El alojamiento es muy bonito, amplio, bien equipado, aseado, excelente ubicación céntrica cerca de muchos locales comerciales, restaurantes, supermercados, etc; en general muy buena elección... Solo como recomendación: las cortinas del cuarto son bastante transparentes, se veía todo tanto de adentro hacia afuera como viceversa por lo que a mi parecer no existe privacidad en el cuarto y punto aparte en el baño no había jabón ni en la ducha ni para las manos lo cuál me parece bastante importante, ésto como punto de mejora, fuera de éso bastante bonito, amplio y céntrico; recomendado.

Mariusz 's place offers a lot for the money. We have rented multiple houses in the area (while our own house is being built) and there is no other place where you get AC, a pool and a good washer/dryer for such a reasonable amount. The bed is very comfortable, the Wifi great and the location quiet & peaceful. If you are looking for a long-term stay, there is excellent storage for luggage under the stairs. The only negative is that the bathrooms get quite hot during sunny days due to clear roof panels. But, the positives far outweigh this one negative.

Unfortunately there were construction workers the entire time . They were staring while we were in our bathing suits and when we made a comment their response was “we are used to even women walking naked on Tuesdays at x beach” that was highly inappropriate and also our host was inconsiderate in not letting us know there would be noise, workers and dust and no parking. There was a group of noisy people, funny enough we weren’t the oldest but we were the most quiet. At night there’s no one to check the gate. The pool isn’t water , it’s salty and in a plastic container so it’s hot.

El lugar es tal a como se ve en las fotos, tiene lo necesario para una buena estadía, en carro queda aprox a 7min del centro de Cocles donde hay (muchos restaurantes, playas, supers), a 15 min de Puerto Viejo, y 10 min de Manzanillo.. el lugar es un punto medio para ir a todos los lugares, lo recomiendo, pero si quieres andar en bici si tienes que considerarlo porque desde la entrada de cocles al lugar hay cuestas, más no es imposible! Disfrutamos mucho la estadía!
