The Space
This cozy studio apartment is located in the heart of North Guiones, offering a central spot close to everything you need. Just steps away, you'll find some of the best restaurants in the community and a local market for quick grocery trips. The best surf spots are also within a short walking distance.
The loft features high ceilings and a peaceful view of lush trees that provide a natural barrier from the surrounding activity while keeping you close to the action. The apartment includes air conditioning and reliable Wi-Fi.

Please note the apartment is on the third floor and accessed by two flights of stairs. The stairs leading to the loft are quite steep.

The Playa Guiones, Playa Pelada, and surrounding Nosara areas are rapidly developing communities. Construction noise is common between 6 am and 5 pm. Although we strive to keep guests informed about any nearby projects, advance notice is not always available.
The local septic system restricts flushing toilet paper in most cases. Please inquire before booking if you have questions regarding this policy.
Refunds or concessions will not be provided for any of the above issues as they are outside the homeowner’s control.

Wir haben 8 Tage in diesem Loft verbracht und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Das Loft ist sehr gemütlich und wirklich gut gelegen. Zu Fuss ist man in wenigen Minuten am Strand. Die Aussicht auf die Baumkronen war zudem jeden Morgen ein Highlight. Die Gastgeberin hat sehr schnell und freundlich auf unsere Anliegen geantwortet. Der digitale Reiseführer war ebenfalls sehr hilfreich, um die Gegend kennenzulernen.

What a gem! I've stayed in several bnbs in Nosara over the years and this is one of my favorites. The location is pretty unbeatable, right in the thick of things (food, shopping, coffee, etc), but also a quick n easy walk to the beach. We stayed for 8 days, and found the space itself to be really cozy for working, hanging, cooking, etc. Its just got a great vibe and the big balcony is so nice in the mornings and evenings. Victoria was super responsive and quickly answered any questions. Highly recommend staying here!

Really great stay. The place was clean and had everything I needed. Bed was super comfortable, AC and WiFi worked perfectly, and the location is right in the middle of everything. Loved the lofted bed and the patio. Host was super responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was great! Perfect location - walkable to all the restaurants, the beach, and everything we needed. We didn’t need to use the car at all. The apartment was very spacious and stayed cool, with lots of shade. The terrace was fantastic and a great place to relax. Highly recommended!
