This room includes an outdoor shower, porch views of the tropical area, locally handmade furniture, access to the property's amenities (beachside pool, restaurant, bar, hammocks, etc.) and 300 meters of pristine beachfront. The property is fully staffed with housekeeping, 24/7 security, and a culinary team. The space One king bed, desk, chair, and wardrobe cabinet with hanging rack. Screened room with outdoor shower. No air conditioning, but excellent airflow from the ocean and multiple fans. Guest access Shared saltwater pool, restaurant and bar area with strong wi-fi signal, 4 beachfront hammocks, access to the beach less than 100 meters from your front door! Other things to note Daily breakfast and coffee included. Rooms cleaned daily. Concierge service available as well as additional meal service upon request. We had a beautiful time at Evan's place. We appreciated the flexible check in Cole provided us. I wish we could stay longer. The clean cabina was right on the beach and pet friendly! The salt water pool was so nice and the restaurant staff were super kind. Thank you Cole and Evan! We will definitely come back!

Beautiful and quiet place right on the beach. Fabulous staff. Good breakfast and nice lunch and dinner options on site. We had one of the best sunsets!

A true paradise. I highly recommend it. Wonderful, peaceful and quiet location with friendly and helpful staff. It was a highlight of our time in Costa Rica. The breakfast and dinner at the restaurant was phenomenal!
