This tranquil condo occupies the top two levels at the far end of the complex, ensuring the best possible views. Guests receive a simple four-digit code for easy access, eliminating the need for keys. Stunning vistas are visible from every angle on both floors.

The open-concept kitchen and living area provide an elegant space ideal for relaxing, playing games, or enjoying conversations. A custom dining table comfortably seats 10, with additional seating available at the kitchen bar. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing home-cooked meals, including an extra ice maker to keep beverages chilled. A Ninja blender is also provided for fresh fruit smoothies and blended drinks, embracing the Pura Vida lifestyle.

Comfort and style abound in the living room, featuring a three-piece sectional covered in soft chenille microfiber that doubles as a footrest. After a day in the sun, guests can unwind with a family movie night using Netflix or Disney Plus.

The indoor patio offers the finest views in the house and serves as an extension of the living space. Guests can enjoy a quick workout with weights while taking in the scenery of Playa Flamingo. The patio also features sunset beds where you can relax with a good book or simply admire the ocean view in the air-conditioned indoor/outdoor space.

For those who need to work during their stay, the condo provides Wi-Fi on both levels and several dedicated workspaces. The main floor includes a half bathroom and a laundry room stocked with eight luxury beach towels and four beach chairs for guest use.

The upper level contains two spacious bedrooms with four private sleeping areas designed specifically for families. The first bedroom has a bunk bed with one queen-size and one full-size bed, plus a private ocean-view parent suite with a queen-size bed. A rock wall rain shower bathroom with ocean views is located across the hall.
