This recently renovated, fully air-conditioned beach house is situated in one of the most promising new neighborhoods in Tamarindo. It offers a peaceful retreat while remaining conveniently close to everything you need for a short or extended stay.
The open-plan living and dining area includes a workspace and a 100 Mbps internet connection, allowing you to comfortably work or relax. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned, providing the necessary comfort during warm nights.
Step outside to your private garden, featuring a pool with sun loungers and an outdoor shower. The covered terrace includes an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill, ideal for enjoying relaxed evenings with friends or family. Additionally, there is a fully equipped second bathroom.
Location
This property is perfectly positioned near some of the most famous surfing beaches, including Playa Tamarindo, Playa Grande, and Playa Langosta. The beach, supermarkets, and banks are all within a short walking distance.

Guests have full access to the entire property, except for certain areas reserved for storage.

Additional Information
- Weekly cleaning is included for stays of 14 days or longer.
- Pool maintenance occurs three times a week between 4:00 PM and 6:30 PM.
- Regular garden maintenance is provided by a gardener.
- Costa Rica’s rich wildlife includes various insects; guests are kindly asked to respect all creatures and avoid harming them.
- Occasional planned water conservation periods and brief power outages may occur but are typically short and should not disrupt your stay.
- Tamarindo is undergoing significant construction and development, so some noise from nearby building projects may be expected.
- A fee will be charged for lost keys or remote controls: $50 for a lost key and $150 for a lost remote control.

great place .. close to the beach .. pool area was very nice and the ac was great cause it gets very hot there lol overall great place... no complaints would book again

This home was a great stay for our group of 4. It was out of the way of the main strip, so it wasn’t loud, but still very walkable. The home was clean, outdoor area was great for hanging out, and the kitchen was full of all necessary items. I would definitely book again!

We had a wonderful stay! Janina was very helpful, very friendly and very accommodating. The place was perfect for us and we will definitely try to come back! Was so close to all the restaurants and the beach. We didn’t even need to have our car rental! We will know better for next time! Thank you so much!

The house is in a good location. Walkable distance but just out of the night lift so it’s quiet. House was good and clean but the outdoor space sold us on this house. The pool and outdoor kitchen/eating area was amazing. We basically only slept inside and the rest was either spent by the pool or at the ocean. Janina was responsive and gave us a couple recommendations for close by beaches… one which was stunning and the best we had seen the whole trip.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, 4 nuits pendant la saison des pluies. Heureusement, la maison est confortable, on se sent comme chez soi. Elle n’est pas à côté de la plage mais cela permet de marcher et de découvrir l’ambiance de Tamarindo.

Wir haben uns bei Janina von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie hat uns mit zahlreichen Tipps für die Gegend versorgt, wir sind herzlich empfangen worden. Es war wie ein cozy Zuhause bei ihr. wir haben die Spiele und den Pool geliebt. Der Grill war auch toll. wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.
