The Space
This beautifully renovated Spanish colonial-style home is located in the exclusive Hacienda Pinilla community. It features elegant furniture and modern appliances, making it an ideal retreat or a comfortable home away from home. The peaceful setting offers ample opportunities for family enjoyment.
The house includes three bedrooms:
- Two main bedrooms are roomy, each with walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms.
- The third bedroom is also spacious, featuring an en-suite bathroom and a dresser.
- The main bedroom has private access to a balcony, and its bathroom includes both a bathtub and an outdoor shower.
There are two living rooms, one situated on each floor.
Location
Situated in the Malinches neighborhood, the home provides convenient access to community amenities and local attractions. It is within walking distance of the Pinilla supermarket and chapel.

We had an incredible stay in Alexandra’s home! The house is absolutely gorgeous—even better in person than in the photos. The rooms are spacious, the ceilings are high, there are large windows in every room and the natural light is great. We found the beds really comfortable and the kitchen well stocked with cooking essentials. Alexandra is a very responsive host, super friendly, and gave use great recommendations as we settled into and explored the area. Highly recommend :)

I had a wonderful stay at Alex’s property in Pinilla from 5/31 6/5.The house was spotless, accurately described, and in a prime location for exploring the area. The pool area was fantastic for relaxing, and the recommended cleaner was not only thorough but also a great cook, adding a special touch. The layout of the house was spacious and well-organized, making it very comfortable. Communication with Alex was prompt and clear, making the check-in/check-out process smooth. Overall, I highly recommend this property for a great stay in Pinilla and Tamarindo! Many thanks Alex, we will be back soon.
