Additional Information and Charges

• Upon check-in, a 2000 MXN deposit card is required at reception; this will be refunded upon departure if regulations are followed
• Each visitor must purchase a bracelet for 30 MXN
• Snack bar and pool bar purchases require a prepaid card costing 50 MXN plus the desired balance; any remaining balance can be refunded at checkout or the card can be kept for future visits
• The beach canopy cost is included in the reservation

Condominium Regulations

• Maximum occupancy: 8 guests (including children and infants)
• No pets allowed; access will be denied
• No loud parties, gatherings, or high-volume music or TV
• Visitors are not permitted
• Bracelets must be worn at all times
• Proper swimwear is required in the pool; no t-shirts or inappropriate clothing allowed
• Each apartment is entitled to 4 lounge chairs and 1 umbrella in the pool area; these cannot be reserved
• Coolers, food, or glass containers are prohibited in the pool area but allowed on the beach or bar area
• Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult to swim
• Food and drinks are not allowed inside the pool
• Only blue and white towels are permitted in the pool area
• Do not block the pool fountain water outlet
• Inflatables and ball games are prohibited in the pool
• Remove sand from your body and belongings when entering the pool area from the beach
• Domestic employees are not allowed in the pool area
• Swimming or fishing in the lake is prohibited
• No fighting or noisy games in common areas
• Escorts are not allowed inside the condominium
• Parking on the access street is prohibited except for loading and unloading
• Do not hang clothes or towels on the terrace

Violations of these regulations will result in fines starting at 2500 MXN.
