The Space

Casa Milan is a newly constructed colonial-style house situated in the heart of Granada. The design blends traditional colonial features with modern conveniences, creating a comfortable and stylish living environment. The house boasts 20-foot-high ceilings, which contribute to an open and airy atmosphere while helping to maintain a cool and refreshing interior.

A central plunge pool is located within the lounge area, offering a relaxing spot to cool down after a warm day. Both bedrooms come equipped with air conditioning and private en suite bathrooms. The master bedroom includes a flat-screen TV and a small patio at the rear of the room. Hot water is available on demand from every tap, with a reliable system that does not rely on electric shower head attachments, ensuring safe and consistent hot water supply in all showers and sinks.

Location

Casa Milan is positioned in a secure neighborhood within Granada’s city center. It is just 1.5 blocks south of the Church and Convent of San Francisco. Three more blocks further south leads to the lively La Calzada Street, known for its variety of restaurants, bars, and nightlife.

This property is not suitable for hosting large parties or gatherings. Electricity costs in Nicaragua are notably high—the highest in Central America—with an approximate rate of US $0.50 per kilowatt-hour. Guests are kindly asked to be mindful of their electricity consumption by turning off air conditioners, pool pumps, fans, TVs, and lights when not in use or when leaving the house.

The goal is to maintain environmental responsibility and include electricity usage within the nightly rate, avoiding additional charges for guests.
