This was my family’s second time staying here - the beach is magical! We had the house for our family of 6 and my parents stayed in the guest house…it was great!

Amazing, wonderful and definitely all that we had hoped for. The pool is beautiful, perfectly clean and not overly chlorinated. Partially shaded, amazing temperature 10/10 loved it. We stayed for 8 days and the pool was maintained a couple times during our stay. Comfy lounge chairs, umbrella, great BBQ area. Even found some weights so I could get some workouts in! The beach access can’t be beat. Not only is it just steps away, but that stretch of beach is just amazingly beautiful. The trees, the rocks, the vibe, so good. Nice walk down the beach to Dominicalito for ceviche and smoothies. Lots of lizards, iguanas, butterflies and birds in the yard. Beds were very comfy. Pillows were comfy. My biggest complaint is that I didn’t get to a couple activities I hoped to do while I was in the area because the Airbnb was so nice we didn’t want to go anywhere. I’d stay there again in a heartbeat. Thanks Greg!

The home itself is beautiful and loved the pool and beach access. Greg was initially warm and welcoming, but as the stay progressed we began to feel monitored and judged. Frequent, accusatory communication made it difficult to relax and enjoy our family’s stay. There was virtually no posted house rules in the listing, with expectations instead discussed in person at arrival. Which was fine except certain details were left out. We were not informed that the laundry facilities were shared and locked overnight, which created confusion. Would prefer written house rules we can refer to. Some concerns raised about our activities did not align with our experience and lead to misunderstanding and accusations of inappropriate behavior where none existed. We ultimately chose to leave early as we were no longer able to enjoy the stay as intended. This may suit guests comfortable with a very hands-on host, but those seeking a private, relaxing stay may want to consider other options.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is well located with a pool with access to a beautiful beach. The house is beautiful and clean and well stocked and it is great to have air conditioning in the hot climate. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Dominical.

Absolutely beautiful spot. Greg helped my boyfriend plan the most romamtic and intimate birthday at the airbnb. We had a spectacular day walking on the beach, floating in the pool, then in-home massages while the private chef cooked a custom 4 course meal for us. Beach house Incognito will forever be a part of our story.

This was our favorite place to stay during our trip to Costa Rica. It felt like our own private resort, with a relaxing balcony, direct beach access, and an awesome pool. The waves were pretty intense during our visit, so we walked 15 minutes down the beach to Dominicalito when we wanted to swim or boogie board. Dominical is a 3-4 minute drive in the opposite direction and has a great surfing beach, a variety of nice restaurants, and a couple of very well-stocked grocery stores. Willie was on-site to make sure we had everything we needed. He also helped us book an awesome canyoning adventure in Ulita (20 min away) and an excellent nature guide for Manuel Antonio National Park (45 min away). My kids loved the iguanas by the pool and a visit to Parque Reptilandia nearby. As other reviewers have noted, the house is just off the main road and the road noise can be pretty loud (lots of engine breaking by big trucks), but it didn't bother us.

As others have stated, the pictures really don't do this place justice! You have both a private pool and relaxing balcony, along with a beautiful beach beckoning through the trees. It was the perfect place for our family of five to unwind. Each kid got their own bed upstairs while mom and dad had some privacy downstairs. Gregory was extremely helpful with friendly advice, local recommendations and was even willing to lend us a machete to open up coconuts. Our daughter enjoyed walking down the beach to the surf camps where she took a lesson, although I would recommend some good sandals or water shoes for the pebbled areas that are unavoidable at high tide. I would caution swimmers to be very careful at low tide -- we got caught in a strong current pulling us towards some scary rocks. I'd recommend swimming at high tide or further down the beach. Overall a spectacular stay at a rare find right on the beach. And Gregory was great host.
