Country house on the beach, in nature of Ometepe

Relax on a unique getaway in the middle of nature, on Ometepe beach. Country house, on beachfront property with lots of trees. Rural, quiet area, to relax in nature and swim on the private beach, in a beautiful cove. Brick and wood construction, rustic finish, 2 floors, 2 spacious bedrooms, 3 double beds and 1 single, large separate kitchen, open with bar to the large terrace with dining room, rocking chairs, hammocks and space for relaxation, yoga, etc. The space Rural area, in the middle of nature, quiet, ideal for disconnecting and relaxing listening to the birds (and the 'Congos' monkeys from time to time!), resting and bathing on the beach in front of the house, in a spectacular cove! The house has rustic finishes, brick and wood, nothing fancy, simple but very comfortable. It includes screens/mosquito nets on all windows and fans in the rooms (no A/C). It is located at Km. 14.3 of the highway from Moyogalpa to Altagracia (halfway, about 20 min. from Moyogalpa and the same from Altagracia). IMPORTANT: access from the highway (800 m) is via a dirt road (downhill) in poor condition, suitable for high vehicles or trucks. 4x4 or 4WD is not necessary, but a low vehicle could have problems. INTERNET: Being in a rural area, the Internet signal reaches (Claro and Tigo) although it is not 5G or very high speed. Ok for surfing the Internet and working. Guest access The entire house and property (approximately 2 hectares) are at your disposal, with various fruit trees, timber trees, bamboo, gardens, flowers, etc. It includes access to the beach in front of the house, as well as other nearby beaches, where you can swim in a spectacular cove... Perfect also for exploring, walking on the beach and in nature. Other things to note IMPORTANT: 1. Access from the highway (600 m) includes a section of dirt road in poor condition, suitable for high vehicles or jeeps/trucks. A 4x4 or 4WD is not required, but a low-riding vehicle may have problems. 2. Internet: We have installed an antenna with signal booster for the house. The internet signal is fine (Claro in particular) but it is not 5G or high-speed.
