Bayside View Overlooking San Juan

Benjamin's place was a great vacation spot! Honestly, we were deciding between this spot and one a bit futher out from the Center. We are SO glad we chose this unit - the location was so convenient, the place was clean, the pool was mostly quiet (even though it is shared), and the views were beautiful. I woke up every morning and either sat on the balcony or by the pool to listen and watch the birds, we walked to the beach, out to dinner multiple times, to Cristo de La Misericordia, and much more. We did have a car as well, and explored all the local beaches, took surf lessons, and enjoyed every moment of our time in Nicaragua. Ben and Carlos were responsive, the unit was very clean, and the gentleman who maintains the building and pool is very friendly and kind. There is always someone on site for security, and we felt safe and relaxed the whole time. I traveled with my parents, my 18 yo daughter and my 20 yo son, and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. Great place! Beautiful pool. 10 minute walk to town. We often took the little boat to cross the river (10 pesos per person). We called it the Puente Romontica😁. Very nice luxury place for those looking for that. I would/will stay again.

Magnifique vue de la baie de San Juan. Très tranquille et sécuritaire . Village à 15 minutes à pied et plage à 5 minutes à pied. Propreté de l’appartement et de l’environnement extérieur irréprochable . Belle piscine partagée que nous avions eu pour nous seul. Excellentes recommandations de Benjamin. Se louer une voiture, un scooter ou une moto est un plus pour explorer les magnifiques plages environnantes et les restos (Hush , Espejo,Machete) Nous reviendrons.

Amazing spot to stay. The pool area along with the view is incredible, we really enjoyed hanging out here. Great staff. Enjoyed the stay, would recommend.

We had a great stay at Benjamin’s place. Loved the pool and the location. It was about 15 min walk to the town mostly through the beach. Everything was as described and the host was very helpful and responsive. We stayed more than a week and paid about $100 more for electricity. It was 7 of us including the kids, using the AC on and off when needed. Thanks so much for everything!

100% recommend, great responsive host. Good location, close to the water taxi to get to main part of town. Property and pool were maintained on the daily.

I love this place. A few of my friends have stayed here and I I think the outside space is such a great atmosphere. They do a top notch job of keeping the pool clean and grounds well maintained. Ben is also a great person to work with. 5 stars
