Robin and Bob were great! All questions were answered right away and they gave great recommendations for activities and restaurants! The catamaran ride was a highlight and it was great to have the kitchen stocked with whatever we asked for. They were very helpful in all ways and will use Cabo Villas again.

This place is awesome for a romantic getaway for two or a several couples. It has everything that you need and is minutes from town. You can walk to the beach as well. The cafe across the street has awesome food. Would def stay here again.

The home was in a great location and had a beautiful view! Kristie and Robin were so helpful it getting us checked in super last minute and providing a super comprehensive list of activities and restaurants! They even helped organized in house massages! While the property is a little dated it was still beautiful and had all the amenities we needed and an unbeatable view!

Amazing visit to Oceano Azul. The Pedragal community was perfect for our family vacation of my two boys and daughter between the ages of 20 and 25. We are a well traveled family that vacation 5 times per year and know our way around homes, cities and towns. Kristies place was great with amazing views of the Ocean from every room. We had a chef come in two of the 4 nights and they were just so nice and accomodating and the food they cooked was awesome. Highly recommend this home.

The place was perfect for me and my entire family to come spend a weekend in Cabo. We were able to walk down to the beach enjoy the pool and hot tub and have a private chef. Come cook meals for us all coordinated from Robin. We will definitely be staying here again !

Host was excellent and very accommodating! House was clean and had everything you need. Poop was beautiful and we sat and watched the whales from the Hot Tub! The chef was excellent and quality of food was excellent!

Lovely spot in a good location.  I cannot rave enough about the panoramic view and the whale watching. We kept joking that there were too many whales!  Easy to do a quick uber anywhere you want to go. Beds were comfy and house has a good layout.  We chose this location because we wanted to have the door open at night to listen to the waves with no safety concerns. Unfortunately we had to close our doors on a few nights due to two separate bachelor party groups during our stay at the villa next door.  Apparently there is a strict noise restriction ordinance in Pedegal after 10:00 pm but we tried to tolerate the noise with the first group and use diplomacy with the second group to no avail.  Guess we should’ve made calls sooner.  House needs some attention and deep clean as well as updates, ie. light bulbs, screens, sun chairs.  The kitchen felt tired and greasy.   Only one bath towel per guest supplied.  These are all not deal breakers and the view makes up for some imperfections.

Oceano Azul was a fantastic choice for our family of seven. The property offered spacious accommodations with large rooms and plenty of bathrooms, ensuring everyone had their own space and privacy. Robin and her team provided exceptional communication—they were incredibly responsive to our questions and any issues that arose. I highly recommend using their recommendations for extra services (airport transfers, grocery prestocking, Chef provided meals). The house's proximity to the local cafe and tennis/pickleball courts was convenient, offering easy options for meals and activities when we wanted a relaxing day at home. We enjoyed spotting whales almost daily, which added excitement to our stay—don't forget to bring binoculars for a closer look! Additionally, having Dish TV at the house was a nice amenity for winding down at night or during downtime between activities. I definitely recommend Oceano Azul for your stay.

Amazing Airbnb! Stayed here for a wedding at the Waldorf, the house was beautiful and so we're the views. We saw whales every day. Robin and her team were amazing, always accessible and easy to talk to. They helped organize activities and airport transport, all of it was easy. Couldn't ask for a better experience!

This villa was so spacious and every room had stunning views. The host made it easy to coordinate transportation and other activities and was so responsive. The location was also fantastic, we felt very safe as a group of 8 girls.

Book this airbnb! If you want an amazing experience with views you couldn’t imagine this is your spot. The only downside was a few technical issues with the water heater causing a leak and the hot tub not working on the last night. The entire team that runs this air bnb is so on top of things. They have amazing recommendations for transportation services and I highly recommend Chef Adrian… the ceviche was on point. Overall we would absolutely book here again. Plus you can see the whales from the patio!

My family and another family recently enjoyed staying at the 4-bedroom villa in Pedegral.  What an incredible experience! From the moment we arrived, we were met with the most stunning views of the ocean and the beautiful beaches. The villa was spacious, clean and equipped with all the amenities that one could need. We especially loved the private pool and hot tub, which was perfect for a refreshing dip.   the views of the Pacific Beaches and the community below are incredible.  The pictures almost don't do it justice.  Amazing!  We sat and watched whales from the balconies.  We would walk to the town each day and go for a walk to the beach.  It's a hill down to the town but only about 7 minutes.  Our host Dawn made our stay even more enjoyable by being available whenever needed and providing us with some extra surprises throughout our trip.  We will be back!

Rented this gorgeous place for my best friends bachelorette and it was absolutely perfect. Dawn was super helpful with everything that I needed so we could have a fun and smooth time while there. We went ahead and did the pre-stock grocery list, hired the personal chef and massages in the villa that she recommended and they exceeded our expectations. The villa had everything we could possibly imagine & was spotless. The location is actually perfect as well. Close to town to go shop, grab a bite or head to the marina & rent a yacht for the day. Hands down would recommend over and over again.

Fantastic family vacation at this house! The house from the minute you step in the gate was amazing! The views were spectacular from every single window in the house! We saw may whales spouting every day and also saw a few breach! So much fun being able to watch and see from the house. The balcony and pool/hot tub areas were spacious with plenty of seating with amazing views from anywhere. There was always a place to be either in the sun or the shade. The pool was clean and the hot tub was perfect with the waterfall cascading into the pool. The inside of the house was spacious and clean. Kitchen had good assortment of needed items, however could use some new updated pans as well as a griddle for eggs/pancakes etc. Large refrigerator and freezer worked great with an Ice and water dispenser on fridge had connection to fresh water jug so never had to worry about the drinking water. The house host Dawn was amazing with fantastic recommendations, always with quick responses for anything.

The pictures will never do this view justice! If you want a stunning back drop while having a great place to kick back with a group then this is it! Pedregal is an amazing contrast to the bustle of downtown Cabo and this Villa allows you to take in all that beauty at a reasonable cost. The bedrooms are spacious and AC works well. Super convenient having the cafe literally across the street for an easy morning bite/coffee.

This house has an absolutely beautiful view of the ocean and we did indeed see lots of whales 🐳 in the mornings! There is lots of space, beds, bathrooms, and a large open kitchen floorpan which is ideal for larger parties. great location and beautiful house, especially for large parties ,dawn the property manager is very communicative. Check-in and check-out were both smooth. Can’t wait to go back 🙏🏼

Can not say enough amazing things about this Airbnb & host!!! My gps was acting weird and taking us somewhere else but the host still managed to respond back quickly with directions even though it was Thanksgiving!! The most kindest host ever. Now the house was absolutely breathtaking- every time we’d leave the house and come back we’d always be taken aback by the views. It’s located in a gated neighborhood but still very close to anything you need- grocery store, Marina, shopping etc. The neighbors were super friendly and we actually got to know some of them pretty well!! We can not wait to come back! Thank y’all so much for the hospitality and amazing home!

What an amazing location and views!!! We stayed for a month for a family vacation. The host is very helpful and the property is well kept by the different crews. The combination of Pedregal’s privacy and security with the proximity to downtown is simply perfect. One of our best summer vacations so far! Thank you!

Quite simply, spectacular! When you first open the door to enter it is one of those rare experiences where it is so much better than any picture you will see! We stayed a month, walked down to Pedregal Beach nearly every morning to see, hear the glistening sun touch the ocean waves, feel the sand between our toes as we walked from the shark fin shaped rock to the other end, meeting and chatting with others on a similar journey before making the trek back up the hill with streets lined with vibrant bougainvillea's along the way before having breakfast in the cafe across the street. Pedregal is a community like no other as you walk past mango trees dropping their fruit along side almond trees, neem & others. It has a friendly community feel, a safe & quite enclave from the tourist bustle near the marina also a walk away. Throw on top of that top notch service just a text away for additional bottled water, etc. and it was connective experience for our invited friends & family that brought deep joy & replenishment that would have never happened among the distractions of visiting at one of our homes, and enabled life long memories of laughter, exploration and relational recharge. Such journeys especially with others are what you make of it, but starting with a home like this gets you nearly there. Special thanks to Sarah & Dawn for helping make this such an outstanding experience!

We enjoyed our week stay at Villa Oceano Azul! The location in the Pedregal is absolutely top notch and easy access to the beach and downtown Cabo. Our host Sarah was excellent in helping with transport to and from the airport and a shopping trip stop on the way in. Also, she helped us book a chef for a wonderful meal at the villa towards the end of our trip. Rib eye's, shrimp Diablo, marlin empenada's (and also vegan/veggie option for a guest). Kudo's! We had everything we needed and have only a few suggestions: The wifi downstairs was a bit spotty and we would have liked the DVD players hooked up and ready for family chill night. We also suggest the pool be brushed during the week and clear instructions on the cascading spa/pool operation. Had a great time and would book again!

Our family stay at Oceano Azul was an amazing experience thanks to Sarah! Sarah was very responsive, made some great recommendations, and referred quality, professional, service providers.  She even personally brought us a pack n' play for my 1 year old daughter.  Which made it even more comfortable having our very young kids around. We setup a surprise for our arrival, as it was my wife's birthday and she went above and beyond. You won't regret your stay here.

The house and entire experience was exceptional. The pictures really do not do the view justice! View alone is an 11/10! The home is well maintained and very clean. Couch in the living room prob needs to be updated but overall everything was practically perfect and Sarah was an amazing host and very easy to get in touch with. She also provided a lot of input and help with almost anything we needed. I would def use her again in the future!

This property is perfect, great views and layed out wonderfully. Sarah is definitely a super host! All of the intricate details are thought of. Please note the pictures do not do justice, this property is far more stunning!

The views from the house are even better than the pictures (which is rare) and we watched whales all weekend from inside the house, from the balcony, and from the patio all weekend. 3 en-suite bathrooms + 1 bathroom across the hall from the room with 2 beds. One half bath on the top level as well. Lots of outdoor seating (tables in shade or lounge chairs in sun etc) options on the patio by pool and balcony from the main floor. The hot tub didn’t actually get hot, but it was enjoyable to still be by the pool, relax, and the backdrop for a ton of great photos. Overall some minor cosmetic items in bedrooms/bathrooms, but far outweighed by the beautiful view and and we would definitely stay again and recommend to friends!

What do I say about Oceano Azul? It was everything and more than what we expected, the pictures don’t do it justice. The house is gorgeous, with sweeping views of the Pacific from every room, we saw whales every day. The poolside is where we chilled, also had mani/pedis, how luxurious is that! Right from the start Sarah was a huge help, always accessible whenever I had questions. Her suggestions and tips for restaurants and activities were spot on and much appreciated. The Cabo trip was to celebrate my sister’s milestone birthday, but closer to the date we agonized about the Covid situation. Luckily we decided to go ahead and it was a perfect vacation. A big thumbs up for Oceano Azul and Sarah, many thanks!

An amazing property!! First of all Sarah was a Fantastic host! Super responsive with the questions I had and extremely helpful once here. The house was clean and inviting upon arrival and she even had beer, tequila, limes, chips, guacamole and salsa waiting for us. Also bananas which my boys enjoyed for breakfast!! So thoughtful! She sent lots of emails leading up to the trip and offered to book all kinds of services for us. Because we were here with a larger group and spread between three homes we already had a ton of our time booked up. I have zero doubts that had we booked it would have been easy and fantastic! I do regret not making time for an in home massage! Second…. The views!!!! Holy smokes the views were unbelievable. We saw whales, and sunsets and sat on the deck talking and reading, it was lovely! Third, the layout on this house was perfect! Three of the four bedrooms were en-suite and the room with the two full beds had a bathroom across the hall. The upstairs suite had a balcony with all the views and the three downstairs bedrooms had sliders to the pool deck! Also did I mention views? Last the pool. Great pool! We had so much fun just hanging at the pool! I am perpetually cold so only got in a few times as it was November and although in the 80’s I need it to be hot to want to get in. But my boys were in it every chance they got! This is the fourth home in Pedregal we have rented and by far my favorite. Great experience and we will definitely try to book this home again! We come to Cabo often so I’m hoping it will work out for us! If you see this home available during the time you’re looking to come to Cabo DO NOT HESITATE book this house! Also get that in home massage!

The most incredible view I’ve ever had in a rental. The sun sets perfectly over the coast with not an inch of the view obscured. The house was large and comfortable, my only issue was that upon arrival the pool was dirty and the hot tub didn’t work, but as soon as I let Sarah know, someone came by and cleaned the pool right away! I took off one star because I was really looking forward to the hot tub but that’s really the one single problem with an otherwise perfect stay. The cafe just outside the property was also delicious. A cleaning staff came in mid-trip and did a great job! Would stay again. Thanks Sarah!

Sarah was an excellent host! The location of house is perfect. We felt so safe and the VIEWS of the Ocean was INCREDIBLE! Watch boats go out and watch the WHALES! House was perfect!

Sarah is absolutely incredible. Her communication and attentiveness to her guests are too notch. I communicated constantly with her, at times feeling like I was being excessive. She never hesitated to accommodate me and or respond to my requests. I highly recommend Andres the private chef. I had him come 5 times, he was that good. Connie, the masseuse, is better than anyone I’ve had in the States. The location and view are spectacular. You are a 5 minute drive to downtown Cabo. If you’re fit, you could easily walk there in 10-15 minutes. You are perched on top of a hill, but that gives you the best vies in Pedegral. The home is dated and does need some small repairs, but with Sarah as your host, she makes up for any nuance the home may have. I loved the area and sipping my coffee in the morning with the beautiful ocean as my backdrop. The pool was lovely and we spent many days not even leaving the house. Thank you for being such an incredible host!

High recommend staying at Oceano Azul if you are traveling with a group or family!  The house was beautiful inside and out with amazing views of the Pacific ocean from every room!  Sarah was super helpful in providing golf recommendations, arranging transportation from the airport / rides into town, and a doctor to come to the house for COVID testing for our flight.  She was always super responsive for all our questions!   The best thing was she provided us cervezas, pico, guac, and chips upon our arrival!  I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Cabo.

Staying in this home was an absolute dream. Oceano Azul has everything from stunning architecture, breathtaking views of Cabo, an amazing outdoor area with a swimming pool and hot tub, plenty of tables/seating to enjoy meals outside, and the entire space is extremely spacious and airy. We had already fallen in love with the place after looking at the pictures on Airbnb, but once we arrived we loved it even more. The pictures (though amazing) do not do this place justice, because it is so beautiful in person! Not only is this home so stunning, but it was in the absolute perfect location, close to everything we wanted to do! Sarah was a wonderful communicator and constantly provided us with all the information we needed without me even asking. In addition, she provided recommendations, offered to help us plan our activities in Cabo, and even provided information regarding COVID testing in advance. I highly recommend staying at Oceano Azul, it was 100% one of the highlights of our Cabo trip, and I am looking forward to future stays at this incredible Airbnb! PS. I had seen some reviews about the nearby construction, so I was expecting that when I got there, but we did not hear any construction noise and the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful during our stay!

The home is situated on a beautiful hill with epic views of the ocean and access to the pedregal private beach. The home had all amenities one needs and our host went out of her way to help us from wifi, daily cleaning to arranging a chef and groceries as well as a masseuse. Followed covid protocols and was responsive to all of our questions. She provided us with tips, restaurant recommendations, and helped with menu planning too. We didnt have to lift a finger - she even helped us arrange baby gates for our toddler after we arrived. Exceptional home exceptional stay and I would highly recommend this villa. Sparkling clean with everything you need, well maintained and cared for!

Other than being on the cliff, this house has the best view of the last 8 houses we have stayed in in Pedregal. It was hard to leave! Perfect for our group of 3 couples.

The house was absolutely wonderful and more than we could have ever expected! Sarah was the MOST attentive host I have ever had. She responded to my countless questions almost instantaneously. She organized our transportation from the airport and it was perfect. She set up the chef to come to the house the first night and cook a perfect mexican dinner(with margaritas). He was already making appetizers when we arrived. She organized a boat charter for us at the last minute on the last day we were there. Also, the house was perfect. The rooms were clean. The hot tub outside was perfect. The view of the ocean was amazing. We will for sure be going back to this house when its available. Thank you Sarah!

The Oceana Azul is amazing.  The view sitting not this balcony each evening and at the private pool - is one of the best in all of Pedregal.  The house size was perfect, very clean, all the amenities we needed and our host was super gracious in helping us coordinate taxis, fishing and excursions.  The house was exactly as described and everyone on our trip said they would love to come back.  We loved Oceana Azul and we will be back!

I stayed with my husband, friends, and four-year-old, it was gorgeous! The location is a 10-15 minute walk into town . I would recommend a car because driving around is very easy & plus there is so much to see. If you wanted to burn some calories it was not impossible, but keep in mind you are pretty high up on top of the hill. We did it a few times& Even my four-year-old was able to do it so again, not impossible. The house was everything we wanted and more. The pictures don’t do it justice, the views were unbelievable & we felt totally safe. Very quick responses every time we had a question and they even left my son a welcome gift which was such a nice surprise. The place was very clean and had everything we could have needed and more. Andrés the personal chef is highly recommended, we had him twice& It was top notch, worth every penny. PS: the construction on the property next door did not seem to bother or disrupt any of our time at the house, even when we were sitting by the pool it was relatively quiet so don’t let it Keep you away. We will definitely stay here again in the future

Kristie’s place was absolutely beautiful and very well laid out for me and my 6 friends. We had two couples and 3 solo travelers and we all had plenty of our own space to enjoy. The views are to die for and the home is very clean and spacious. Sarah is extremely helpful and made sure every single aspect of our trip was smooth and seamless. We used the chef that Sarah connected us to and it was one of the best investments of the trip! Andreas is an absolute must if you decide to stay! If you’re looking for a photographer, they’re able to connect you with a local photographer who was very helpful! You can tell these guys have hosted before. I would be negligent if I didn’t mention the construction immediately next door. They aren’t very noisy but it can take some adjusting to during the week. Although there is construction next door we still had a WONDERFUL time and I would do the experience all over again! I can’t wait to come back and visit! Cheers!

I’m going to be as careful with this review as possible because I want it to reflect what happened and I want to be fair to future guests. I don’t want this review to be challenged. The house is largely excellent with a few minor criticisms and the location is truly spectacular but... We got a late warning that construction had started again nearby but the scale and proximity of the building work is overwhelming. We were surrounded by construction on three sides: one at the front and a major build on one side plus an unscheduled wall-building on the other side. There is no meaningful attempt to screen the construction so the dust and noise is incessant. The first couple of days over the weekend were great but by Tuesday we had moved out. I don’t think this property should be back on Airbnb before 2021 when the construction might be finished.

This place is even better than the photos! Plenty of room for 7 people and well appointed with a coffee maker, cooking oil, spices and purified water. The jacuzzi was great and got super hot. Each bedroom has little spa robes which were a very nice touch (I wore mine everyday!). The beds and bedding was very nice quality and super comfy. Each room has its own AC wall unit, so each person can set their own temp! Pedregal is one of the best located areas in all of Cabo. It’s a 5 minute drive into town for restaurants or swimmable beach (Médano Beach). The view from almost every room in the house is unbeatable and unforgettable!! Sarah was very helpful with everything and helped us order groceries online before we arrived (which I highly recommend doing)! We can’t wait to rent this house again next year!!!

One of the best places to stay with a group or a large family. Stunning views, safe and friendly community. Just 5 mins from the downtown and beaches. The house was sparkling clean and everything was functional. Sarah the host is super helpful and friendly. She helped in planning the trip, came to pick us up at the airport, helped us get butler service (which BTW was awesome). The trip felt like a private all inclusive experience. We will be back!!

Everything was amazing. 10/10. Responsive, helpful, hospitable. The house itself is out of a postcard. I highly recommend the chef Andres. Worth every penny.

We had wonderful help and suggestions while we there- including a massage therapist who came to the house and was so reasonably priced and yet the best massage therapist either of us had ever had!

Great home and location. We picked this property mostly because of the Pacific Ocean view. It was spectacular!  We had some mechanical issues which were not addressed. One of the air conditioners did not work, and a leaky sink caused an annoying smell. We did have a refridge issue, which was addressed promptly. Overall, it was a very good experience, and we would certainly rent again.

Thank you Bob for being our third visitors to Oceano Azul! We enjoyed hosting you, your friends and family at our home and appreciate your understanding with a couple mechanical issues which have since been resolved.  We discovered that 1 of our 6 AC units needed to be replaced and a small sink leak causing an odd smell needed repair. Our rental manager Sarah and property manager Victor promptly addressed and did everything they could at the time to resolve these problems. Unfortunately, to spare you the noise of construction, we decided to wait until the home was empty to resolve completely. Again, thank you for being one of our first guests and we hope to see you again soon. Salud😊🍹

¡Feliz año nuevo! We had an amazing stay at Oceano Azul to ring in the new year. The pictures do not do the house justice and the views are amazing - we barely left the house! It is in a gorgeous gated community just a short 15 minute walk into town.  Sarah was super helpful in coordinating our trip and quickly responded to all questions. Would love to stay here again. ¡Gracias!
