Blown away by this place. Much better than expected

Excellent condo close to everything. 5 minute walk to the beach also walking distance to the Marina area, restaurants and shopping. We had a wonderful time. Highly recommend it!

We had an amazing time! Owners were very responsive and helpful! Hugo the manager was outstanding and kept in contact with us the entire time. His arrival snack was nothing short of amazing! We felt very safe and at home there. We hated to leave. Pool was right outside back deck! Security folks we do kind too! Book it! You won’t regret it. Extremely close to beach too!

Highly recommend! Place is huge and looked as beautiful as the pictures. 2 min walk to the beach. Quiet, private but close to everything. Host was great and we felt at home.

Wonderful trip to Cabo. Pros about the place: Incredibly clean, had absolutely everything we could have asked for (beach chairs, cooler, sunscreen, bug repellent, you name it!) and is located in a very central area convenient to walk to the beach, to coffee shops and restaurants or hop on the highway. Cons (although not really cons since it didn't bother us): it is pretty loud at night, but mostly in the bedroom away from the pool, and the view as you walk outside the condo is of an empty dirt lot. Overall the condo had everything we needed for a super comfortable and relaxing stay. It's also much bigger than what I had perceived in the pictures so incredibly comfortable for 4 people although the only mirrors are in each of the two bathrooms so there was coordination required when getting ready. Hugo, the concierge, was very responsive, friendly and attentive. We could not have asked for anything more for a seamless and relaxing stay.

We had an awesome time at Kristi's condo! We found that the placement was comfortable and peaceful further away from the busy beach, marina, and downtown scene. We enjoyed walking and felt safe coming and going from the gated complex. The condo had everything we needed and was clean and beautiful. The beach umbrella was much appreciated! The pool was also nice and we liked the first floor location to walk out to the pool. Relaxing and we enjoyed our stay!

My friends and I had a great stay. The property was clean, Hugo was a great help getting everything ready for us and the Condo was really homie. The only thing was noise in the evening, the clubs behind us go until 5 am so our Guest who stayed in the room with Double beds had a tough time falling asleep. Other than that, and the pool not being swimmable it was a great stay. We would certainly stay at this spot again... Cabo Crew 2024

We had a great stay at Kristi’s place! Unlike other reviews, we had no issues whatsoever with noise. The manager Hugo was fantastic. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the beach and 15 minutes to restaurants, etc..

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful condo in Cabo! The location truly couldn’t be better—just a short walk to Medano Beach, great restaurants & the excitement of downtown (the marina was a little further walk) Yet, inside the gated community, it felt peaceful and relaxing. The condo itself was spacious, spotless, and had everything I needed for a perfect stay. The huge walkout patio leading to the pool and gazebo was a dream! Both bedrooms were large and comfortable, and the master bathroom’s jacuzzi tub was a fantastic bonus. The resort community felt safe and upscale, with 24/7 security and private parking. The provided beach gear and heated pools made it even better! A special shoutout to Hugo - the personal concierge —who made everything seamless, from transportation to recommendations. I can’t recommend Kristi's place enough! I’d absolutely stay here again on my next trip to Cabo. Thanks for an unforgettable experience!
