Overview

Elements Rituals is a charming two-unit beachfront villa situated on Soliman Bay in Tulum. Positioned on a private white sand beach, it lies within one of the few coral reefs in the Riviera Maya. The villa is just a 10-minute drive from Tulum’s hotel zone and beach, offering convenient access to the town’s popular restaurants and nightlife. Surrounded by white sand, turquoise waters, and palm trees, this location provides a peaceful retreat away from busy crowds.

Guests have the opportunity to explore nearby Mayan ruins and swim in the unique jungle cenotes found in this region.

The Space

Located in Soliman Bay, the villa is part of the most exclusive UNESCO-protected natural reef in the Riviera Maya and benefits from 24-hour security. The property sits directly on the beach and includes private sun loungers and kayaks for guest use. Daily maid service and complimentary Wi-Fi are provided.

The villa features a private swimming pool positioned between two buildings: Casa Grande, which faces the beach and sea, and Casita, which overlooks the garden and pool. The living spaces are divided into these two separate structures.

Casa Grande is ideal for families and offers five king-size bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. One bedroom is on the ground floor, while four additional bedrooms with terraces are located upstairs. The upper floor also includes a rooftop terrace with a plunge pool, bar, and dining area, all offering stunning sunset views of the jungle and pool.

The ground floor of Casa Grande includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, TV room, and a large terrace that opens toward the beach and sea. The villa combines luxury finishes with natural materials and traditional Mayan design elements to maximize enjoyment of the beautiful Bahia Soliman surroundings.

The two-story Casita contains two independent studios overlooking the garden and pool. Each studio has an en-suite bathroom, a small kitchen and dining area, and a private terrace. One studio features a king-size bed, while the other has twin beds that can be combined into a king-size bed. This setup offers excellent privacy, making it perfect for two couples.

The property also includes a stylish beach bar with swings and an outdoor barbecue area.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa.

Additional Information

The housekeeper and beach caretaker reside in a separate small house near the main entrance. It is common for beachfront properties in the area to have a local family managing daily cleaning. If guests prefer not to have staff present during their stay, arrangements can be made. The staff remain discreet, stay away from guest areas, and are always available to assist with special requests.

• Due to the villa’s location in the Caribbean Sea, seaweed (Sargassum) may occasionally be present during your stay. While efforts will be made to remove it, this is beyond the property’s control.

• Power outages can occur and affect the entire area. The management will work to resolve any interruptions as quickly as possible, but these events are outside their control.
