The space We are the sole owners of 40 apartments in the building, some of our units are rented to other hosts, please take into consideration that some of the furniture may change in color and style from one unit to the other. PLEASE NOTE THE SECOND BEDROOM IS A STUDIO, IT DOES NOT HAVE A DOOR AND IS EQUIPPED WITH A TWIN BED. Our apartments are in a high risen 23 floors building, you con enjoy from our rooftop terrance located in the 23 floor a unique view of the city of San José, you can see the buildings of the city, the national stadium and the mountains of the Costa Rican capital. All of our apartments have main room with TV a private Balcony to enjoy the fresh air. A smart TV with applications for your taste plus local and international cable. Fully equipped bathroom with hot water and clean towels for your stay plus a fully equipped kitchen. Guest access During your stay you can enjoy the following common areas: Gym Floor 3 Co-working area Floor 3 23rd floor (rooftop) We don't charge a community fee or a Resort fee, you can enjoy all of the amenities, just take into consideration that we have little to none inherence, if others are using the amenities, if they are under maintenance or not working properly or if a residential owner has booked them. El lugar perfecto, solamente que tuvimos una solicitud y siempre pensamos que la comunicación era con Daniel, pero no era con el portero y eso fue confuso. Al final nos resolvieron pero si fue incómodo

Logement beau, calme, très propre et moderne. Vue magnifique sur San Jose et très proche de l’aéroport. Toutes les commodités sont offertes. J’y retournerais sans hésitation et même pour un séjour à long terme! Merci

Mi estancia fue muy agradable. La ubicación es de fácil acceso, con excelentes opciones para comer a pocos pasos y con mucha facilidad para desplazarse hacia el centro de San José. El personal de recepción fue muy amable en todo momento y me mantuvieron al tanto de cualquier detalle. Aprecio muchísimo su apoyo cuando mi maleta no llegó al aeropuerto y ellos la recibieron mientras yo no estaba. En general, una experiencia muy cómoda y sin complicaciones. Lo recomiendo totalmente.

Muy buena ubicacion y facil de ingresar. El parqueo es un poco incomodo para carros grandes y una de las habitaciones no tenía puerta y tenía una pequeña ventana por donde entraba muy luz y era incomodo.
