Electricity costs in Nicaragua are notably high. While air conditioning is available for your comfort, it is recommended to turn off air conditioning, fans, and lights when leaving rooms or the house to conserve energy.
- Electricity usage will be monitored via a meter read upon arrival and before departure.
- For short-term rentals (less than 7 days), a $100 electricity deposit is required at check-in with the property manager. The rental fee includes 10% of the electricity cost. Any usage beyond this will be deducted from the deposit via credit card, with any remaining balance refunded.
- Long-term rentals (8 days or more) are responsible for paying all electricity charges incurred during their stay.

The place has a lot of potential but needs improvement. It’s a beautiful home. No hot water in the home but it was ok for us. The pool was dirty and was not able to use it for most of our stay. There was rat droppings and had to pay for trash but wasn’t much. The place needs to be cleaned more.

We spent one week here. It was a lovely space and a great location. Close to the market, the sites, and very walkable. The courtyard with the pool was nice as well. The cleaning lady Martina was wonderful to chat with and super helpful. Areas for improvement could be the couch in the living room (wasn’t that comfortable) and both of the shower heads sprayed out from the side making a proper shower a bit tricky and messy. But overall we really enjoyed our stay.

We had an excellent stay and enjoyed the privacy of the house and its swimming pool. The location is close to almost any service you can need, so no need to use a car. We'd b glad to come back in our next trip to Granada

Der Aufenthalt bei Anita war sehr schön, wir haben uns direkt sehr willkommen und wie zuhause gefühlt. Die Unterkunft war sogar schöner als auf den Bildern, da sie heller als auf den Bildern wirkte. Zusätzlich ist der Lage der Unterkunft optimal zentral, aber ruhig in einer Seitenstraße gelegen. Wir würden den Aufenthalt jedem wärmsten empfehlen, der einen schönen Rückzugsort in dieser kulturreichen Stadt mag. Vielen lieben Dank Anita und Ana für der angenehmen Aufenthalt!

La casa estaba bien linda pero la refri estaba fregado pero se llevaron otra nueva el día seguido. De todos modos la valio la pena y las alquiladores fueron muy amables especialmente doña Karina. Ademas es una de las pocas casas en Granada donde se permite fumar. La casa es tuani y los recomiendo mucho.

WARNING. The owner of this house is unprofessional and not understanding. My mother in law brought over pet birds in a cage for the children. The maid snitched on us so Airbnb said we were in violation. We apologized and said it won’t happen again. That was on July 27th and I thought that was the end of it. the owner waited until August 22 to kick us out. The owner lied to Airbnb that we violated more rules. However she submitted the same violation as of the July 27th incident. the owner wanted us out the same day without warning. I told the owner I have 3 kids & in a different country & that she can’t just kick us out on the same day without notice. The owners response was “I can and I will”. I have text messages and videos to support everything . Nothing works in the house, tv, internet, A/C and there’s mice poop everywhere. Most important, you’ll have no privacy as she requires the maid there 4 hrs daily

We really enjoyed our experience. This was a last minute booking and Anita was so very responsive and helpful with everything. The house was beautiful and the pool was very refreshing after time touring the city. WiFi worked great and was speedy. We had only one issue locating the place, but seemed to be from a bad google map link. Anita was on top of teh issue and we got it corrected quickly. Great host response the entire stay.
