The Space

This brand-new, stylish modern home is located in the Brisas de Alma gated community, directly on the beach at the world-famous Boom. The property sits less than 100 yards from the sand.

The home includes:

Three bedrooms
Two bathrooms
A large kitchen
A living room
A dining area
A covered outdoor patio beside the pool
Air conditioning and ceiling fans in every room
High-speed Wi-Fi, which is rare in Nicaragua
Solar power with battery backup for reliable electricity

The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom accommodates six guests with three bunk beds.

A separate casita with air conditioning and a queen-size bed is also available to rent separately.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the home, yard, and pool. The half-acre property is fully fenced and includes:

A large vehicle gate
A pedestrian gate providing access to the beach

Location and Surfing

In addition to the Boom, several other quality surf breaks are located within a 30-minute drive north or south. Some breaks require boat access. Wave conditions range from world-class surf to gentler waves suitable for beginners and intermediate surfers.

Local Host

Our bilingual local host is available to assist with transportation, equipment rentals, boat charters, surf information, photography, volcano tours, and other needs. The host can also explain the available surf breaks and provide updates on which locations are working during your stay.

Han sido unas vacaciones increíbles, estuvimos muy agusto, el lugar muy tranquilo, la casa muy cómoda y con un encanto muy peculiar, los señores Ricardo y Judith, encargados del lugar siempre fueron muy atentos y estuvieron pendientes de lo que precisáramos… definitivamente repetiríamos

Very nice house, five minutes walking from the wave Boom, which was not working at the time. Fortunaly we had a all wheel drived Toyota which is very helpful to access the house or other beach. The pool was really nice. Ricardo was there when we arrived and was really nice, a guardien at the entrance of the property was almost 24/24 there, which make your feel very secure. We really do recommend this place!

Very nice modern house full of natural light, the pool was clean, I really liked it my kids enjoyed both the beach and the pool. Ricardo ( care taker) is a very nice caring person.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house in Aposentillo (Boom Beach). The home was spacious, clean, and perfect for our family vacation. Everything worked great and we had plenty of room to relax and enjoy the area. The location is unbeatable—just steps from the beach and close to everything we needed. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable getaway!
