Additional Information
Please note the following:
- The neighborhood is newly developing, so the road from the main street to the apartments is unpaved.
- The town center is approximately a 15-minute walk away; free bicycles are provided to make this journey easier.
- Since street lighting has not yet been installed along the unpaved road, flashlights are available for guest use.
- As this is a developing country, occasional temporary interruptions in water or electricity service may occur but are usually resolved quickly.
- Laundry service is available for $15 USD (or 8,000 colones) per basket. The basket is located in the bathroom, and the service includes washing, drying, and folding your clothes.

Denise was a fantastic host the space was lovely and just close enough to be walkable but far enough from town to be peaceful. The hosts were very responsive and helpful and i would absolutely recommend Kingston casitas for anyone visiting puerto viejo.

Es un lugar hermoso para sentirte en conectado con la naturaleza y la tranquilidad ya que se encuentra un poco alejado de la carretera principal. El servicio de bicicletas incluído en el alojamiento es genial, ya que si te ayuda a salir y llegar rápido al alojamiento, así como para conocer las playas de la zona. Nosotros fuimos desde puerto viejo hasta Manzanillo en ellas y sin problemas. Si necesitas rentar otra bicicleta muy cerca está un local que te puede rentar una por uno o varios días. La terraza es muy bonita para ir a descansar y admirar la naturaleza alrededor El balcón es muy agradable para salir a tomar el fresco por la noche y beber algo en total tranquilidad. Aunque a pie está un poco alejado de la zona principal, puedes pedir un Uber y en menos de 2 minutos ya estás en el mero centro de puerto viejo (aunque recomiendo usar las bicicletas) Un gran detalle es que adentro de tu alojamiento tienen café y te dejan algunos snack y muy cerca también hay una tienda.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Eine tolle Gemeinschaftsküche und ein tolles Zimmer mit kleinem Balkon. Unsere Handtücher wurden sogar mit dem Trockner getrocknet, wofür wir sehr dankbar waren! Das einzige was uns etwas gestört hat, war dass es etwas muffig und feucht im Zimmer gerochen, auch waren unsere Klamotten sehr feucht. Trotzdem eine tolle Unterkunft!

Jeg skulle ønske jeg kunne bo lengre her. Denise har virkelig tenkt på alt og lagt til rette for at man skal trives. Leiligheten har alt man trenger, fellesarealene er kjempefine, og beliggenheten er helt fantastisk. Beste steder jeg har bodd i Puerto Viejo
