The view was spectacular, and the bedrooms were comfortable. However, the kitchen could use some updating, including the pots and bowls. The master bedroom bathroom also didn’t have curtains, which affected privacy. It would also be helpful to mention in the listing that the pool is fairly shallow, as it may not be what some guests expect. The water in the pool appeared cloudy rather than clear during our stay. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the beautiful location.

My family enjoyed our stay. The villa was very comfortable and the views were breathtaking. Maria was very helpful and she made delicious meals for our group. We enjoyed the pool and lounging in the hammocks. We hosted a birthday dinner at Beto’s which was right next door so that was a big plus. We wish we could have stayed longer. Everything was great!

Everything was amazing!!! The home is just as the pictures show. Betos is right next door. Maria the caretaker keeps the place clean and is very attentive.

Words can’t even describe the beauty of this place . The home has an astonishing view and the pool and common areas were amazing . Our family enjoyed it to the max .carlos and Maria who take care of the property were awesome and they were always attentive to our needs, I can’t thank them enough ! Lastly the AC’s in each room worked great , with the heat and weather there was they were necessary to have . So we were very happy with that . Over all,the stay was a 10/10 and we would come back again if we could . Highly recommended!

Todo muy bonito la vista preciosa,los cuartos Limpios y Comodos solo que el sink del baño principal conpartido el agua se estancaba. La cosina está muy vieja y realmente da mucha desconfianza por qué es antigienico y no es comodo cocinar. La cosiana es una area principal y fue lo peor… Relamnte un lugar no tan recommendable y tambien el sink tapado fue un disastre.

Location was great, beautiful views, lots of restaurants, supermarkets, malls nearby. House is nice but it’s needing maintenance. Had an issue the first two nights with some noises, host sent help and people to solve whatever the noise was immediately, really responsive and helpful. Had a great time.

Beautiful and beachside. A/C in the bedrooms. Shady and breezy spots to lounge around the property, including three hammocks. Enough space to host a large group. Close enough to walk to a neighboring restaurant, and a 10-minute drive to grocery, fast food. Expect some coastal sea life to get inside the home. We encountered a couple crabs, lizards, a scorpion, and a tarantula during our two night stay - mostly in the bathrooms and common areas that open directly to the outside. Not inside the bedrooms. Overall, it was a good stay, and I'd consider it again should we ever be back in El Tunco.

I have to say staying here for my bachelorette was so incredible! And Maria the caretaker was phenomenal!!!! Give her a raise!!!!!! She made sure we were comfortable and taken care of. Honestly, Maria was one of the best parts of our stay (of course the view was not far behind) we were astonished with how beautiful the estate was but most of all how caring Maria was to me and all my friends. Thank you, we will be back! 🤍
