A private chef can be arranged upon request, with confirmation required at least two weeks before arrival and a 40% deposit.

- 4-6 people: $119 USD + ingredient cost
- 7-9 people: $149 USD + ingredient cost
- 10+ people: $17 USD per person + ingredient cost
Lunch/Dinner (served at 1 PM or 3 PM / 5:30 PM, 7:30 PM, or 9:30 PM)

I cannot say enough good things about our hosts. They were fabulous and I am truly thankful for them. The service was exceptional, everyone was nice, communication was extraordinary. The space was lovely and exactly (actually better!!!) as described. I cannot wait to go back!! 20/10 recommend :) My friends will come back to Tulum and will stay at the same location.

Ted and his staff was great!! We had minor issues at check-in but we're resolved immediately!! They also gave us all the information we needed for transportation Freddy our taxi driver was the best, we called him everyday and if he was not available he always sent someone else immediately!! Our time in Tulum was great!! We would definitely book again!!

We had a fantastic time at Ted’s getaway. We went as a Family of 5 and all felt comfortable and not on top of each other as we each had our own space then there was plenty of common areas to come together an enjoy each others company. The cleanliness of the home was top notch and we felt like they supplied enough of everything to get us by. Any time we had questions they responded quickly and with kindness. We enjoyed the outdoor space a lot the pool was so refreshing to hop into after a good workout or long walk. The location was convenient to downtown, the beaches, ruins & cenotes. We would highly recommend this home for a Family and look forward to returning someday.

Ted's team made everything a breeze. They were always quick to respond, Mel had several great suggestions for us. The place is very comfortable, contemporary with a great vibe to it, everything was clean. We had a rental car so didn't have to walk, but plenty of stores and restaurants were within a little bit of walking distance from here.

We loved this stay! We were only here for one night of our trip and are already ready to come back! The team was so responsive and gave us recommendations and even let us drop off our luggage before check-in so we could visit the ruins. The private pool is a great feature and everything was extremely clean.
